Your project has been completed! We would like to wish everyone a great rest of the year and an amazing summer in your newly refreshed Buildings! It has been our pleasure working with and for you! 

Tuesday, June 4th: Good afternoon! 

Your project is wrapping up! Our project manager will be walking through tomorrow to make sure touchups are taken care of and ensure we produced a flawless result. We had an amazing time working with you and hope everyone has a great summer. 

Monday, June 3rd: Greetings Residents!

As a result of the poor weather, our crew will not be able to be onsite today. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and can’t wait to be back onsite as soon as we can.

The crew is back onsite and working diligently on your project. They are currently doing prep work on Building 2.

We hope everyone had a great weekend. Due to the rain last night and this morning the crew will not be onsite today.

The crew is onsite and pressure washing at Building 2.

The crew is continuing to work diligently on your project.  Today they have been working on Buildings 1 and 3!

Back to sunny weather! Today the crew has been prepping and painting Building 3.

Tuesday, May 7th: Good morning!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain from this morning.  They should be back tomorrow as long as the weather remains clear!

Monday, May 6th: Greetings!

The crew is making great progress on your project.  They are currently working on the prep and painting at Buildings 1 and 2.

We’ll be finishing on Building 1 today and will move onto Building 3 tomorrow, weather permitting. 

We anticipate Building 2 to wrap up later this week as well. Thanks!

The crew is onsite and has begun the prep work for your project.

Monday, April 22nd: Greetings Residents of Waycliffe 1!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your renovation project.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing on Thursday, April 25th. We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing.  Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We are projecting that prep work will start on Buildings 1-3 on Wednesday, May 1st. The project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home.
