Wednesday, May 1st: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and has begun the prep work for your project.

Prep work is underway!

Monday, April 22nd: Greetings Residents of Waycliffe 1!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your renovation project.

Our crew is scheduled to begin pressure washing on Thursday, April 25th. We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We are projecting that prep work will start on Buildings 1-3 on Wednesday, May 1st. The project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home.
