The crew was onsite yesterday to complete the needed touch ups. This means your project is officially completed! It has been our pleasure working with and for you this summer. Thank you again for having us!
Wednesday, July 27th: Greetings!
The crew has essentially wrapped things up with your project. Your project supervisor, Jesse, has been onsite to mark areas in need of touch ups with blue tape. The crew will be onsite tomorrow to complete those touch ups and your project will be officially completed.

The preparation has been completed and it’s time to start staining. The crew is onsite staining the decks this morning.

The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they are pressure washing and working on prep work for the decks.

The crew will not be onsite today due to the decks still being wet from last night’s rain. They will return on Monday to continue staining the decks.

The crew is onsite and continuing to pressure wash all of the buildings following the route posted above.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project. We are excited to spruce up your decks.
Our crew will begin pressure washing the first unit on Thursday, June 23rd. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove all items off their decks for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access. Also, all vehicles and items should be moved from under any decking during completion of the project.
The pressure washing will take several days to complete ALL units. Some units may also require an additional step of chemically stripping the existing finish to ensure all decks conform to the HOA’s rules & regulations regarding deck stain color. Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to stain the included decking (weather likely will affect our finishing schedule). We are projecting staining to begin on the first unit in association of our proposed sequence on Monday, June 27th.
We are projecting that the project will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete all units. Please note that you will need to stay off the fresh stain for at least 24 hours. We understand that this project will have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer.
