Wednesday, May 13th: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Parkview at Parker’s Lake. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

We’ll be getting started on Thursday, May 14th and Friday, May 15th with pressure washing of the first 6 Buildings – Phase I – see above for our route map. Building #1 is the 2100 Building and then we’ll be moving clockwise around Shenandoah Ct and finally ending at the 2185 Building. We will be completing the necessary carpentry work at this time as well before we get started with the painting.

We kindly ask that you please remove any some personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access during the washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return these items.

Once these areas have had time to dry completely we’ll return onsite to begin our prep and painting, starting at Building #1, which we anticipate to be on Monday, May 18th. The areas we will be finishing select areas of your trim (door frames, fascia, and louvers).

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, project photos, and any weather delays should they come up.

We want to thank you for having us and we are looking forward to sprucing up your buildings!
