Greetings and welcome to your project blog for your upcoming painting project at Mirror Lakes in St. Anthony. We are thrilled to be onsite this summer to spruce up your exteriors.

Wednesday, June 14th: Good morning!

Our crew has finished your project! We will be marking areas with tape for touch ups, please leave this tape up until we can touchup. Thank you!

Tuesday, June 13th: Greetings!

The crew has been onsite today continuing to work on Building 9. They should be wrapping things up with your project today or tomorrow.

Monday, June 12th: Good afternoon!

**Update: The crew has begun working on Building 9 today as well as continuing to work on Building 8.

Our crew is back onsite today working on completing Building 8. We are still getting around one Building done every day, this being said we should be completing the last building either tomorrow or early Wednesday.

Friday, June 9th: Happy Friday!

The crew has been continuing to work their way through your project. They have made their way to Building 7 today. Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, June 7th: Good afternoon!

The crew is sticking with their pace of about one building per day. They are working diligently on Building 5 today.

Tuesday, June 6th: Greetings!

We apologize for the delay in updates on your project. As Ferris Bueller once said “Life moves pretty fast.” The crew is onsite and working on Building 4 today. They are finishing about one building per day but due to the weather this afternoon they might not be able to get an entire building done.

Tuesday, May 30th: Good morning!

We hope everyone had a wonderful memorial weekend! Unfortunately our crew will not be able to make it onsite to work on your project today due to the weather. We hope to return onsite as soon as we can, weather permitting of course. Have a great day!

Friday, May 26th: Good afternoon to all residents of Mirror Lakes!

We are currently pressure washing Building 5 and the crew plans to be onsite tomorrow to pressure wash buildings 6 and 7.

Have a great Memorial Day weekend and we will see you again on Tuesday, May 30th!

Thursday, May 25th: Good afternoon!

Our crew is onsite today continuing the work on your buildings. Today they are pressure washing Building 2, next will be Building 3.

Monday, May 22nd: Greetings!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are excited to be working together this year!

Our crew will be kicking off on Wednesday, 5/24 with pressure washing. Please lookout for our Pressure washing notices for further details.

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

Once the surfaces have had time to dry we will return to begin prepping and staining your decking.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
