Greetings and welcome to the project blog for this year’s deck project. We’re looking forward to being onsite!

Tuesday, September 21st: Good afternoon!

The crew has returned and completed the needed touch-ups at Lakes Citihomes. It has been our pleasure sprucing up your decks and we hope you enjoy them this fall! Thank you again for having us.

Thursday, September 16th: Greetings!

The crew has wrapped up at Lake Citihomes! They will be marking areas with blue tape and completing touch-ups within the next week or so.

Wednesday, September 15th: Good afternoon!

The crew is back today after yesterday’s rain delay. They are painting the decks on Building #5.

Tuesday, September 14th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite today. The floors are too wet to work on. They will hopefully return tomorrow, weather permitting.

Thursday, September 9th: Good afternoon!

The crew is starting off on Building 4 today and will continue to building #5 tomorrow or early next week. They are tentative to be wrapping up early to mid next week.

The crew is back onsite and picking up with the decking areas for painting. They are starting off at Building 2 today.

We’ve got a Friday Rain Day! The crew will return Tuesday to continue with prep and painting.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project. We are looking forward to refreshing your decks.

We are starting with pressure washing the included decks on Buildings #1 – #5 only. For this year’s project, we’ll be prepping, painting, and staining your rear decks including pillars, headers, railings, skirts, floors, and undersides steps.

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove all items off their deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping & staining your deck floors. We are projecting the staining work to begin on Wednesday, September 1st.

We are projecting that the project will take approximately 2-4 weeks complete the designated buildings/units.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
