Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project at International Village in Bloomington. We are thrilled to be back onsite.

Wednesday, July 27th: Greetings!

The crew has essentially wrapped things up with your project and now it is just a matter of coordinating schedules so your project supervisor, Jesse, can come out and mark areas in need of touch ups with blue tape. We kindly ask that after the blue tape pieces are put up that residents leave them where they are as they direct the team members to fix accordinly.

Wednesday, July 20th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and continuing to paint the Heidelberg Building. They will be wrapping things up with this building by the end of the week.

The crew is continuing to prep and paint at the Heidelberg Building today. They will be wrapping things up with your project on Friday, 7/22. Then your project supervisor, Jesse, will come onsite to walk through and mark areas in need of touch ups.

The crew will not be onsite today as the stucco is wet and therefore they are not able to paint. They will return on Monday to continue painting the Heidelberg building, weather permitting.

Painting continues on the Heidelberg Building this morning. We are very pleased with the progress that has been made thus far.

Hope you all had a terrific and long holiday weekend! Work continues on the Heidelberg Building. Consistent with the spirit the building, the crew is working with German like efficiency!

The crew is onsite and continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they are prepping the Heidelberg Building to get it ready to be painted.

The crew will be finishing up with the Orleans Building today. The Heidelberg Building was pressure washed on Saturday. The crew will begin the prep work on this building today as well.

The crew is onsite and painting the window frames on the Orleans Building. Tomorrow they will return to pressure wash the Heidelberg Building. The crew will begin the prep and painting for the the Heidelberg Building on Monday, June 27th.

The crew has started painting window frames on the Yorkshire Building. They are also working on prepping the garage at the Orleans Building. Stay cool today!

Another rain delay unfortunately out at International Village today. The crew will be able to return tomorrow to continue working on the Yorkshire Building.

Tuesday, June 14th: Good morning!

The crew is back onsite today after the rain delay. They are beginning the prep work to paint the stucco on the Yorkshire Building.

Monday, June 13th: Greetings!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They will return once the substrates have had time to dry.

The crew will be wrapping up with the stucco painting on the Orleans Building today. Have a great weekend!

The crew is onsite and continuing their hard work on the Orleans Building. They are spraying on the paint and then following it by back rolling to make sure the paint is pressed firmly and evenly into the substrates.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. The crew is back onsite and continuing to work on prepping and priming the Orleans building. They will begin painting tomorrow, weather permitting.

The crew is onsite today pressure washing the Orleans building. They are also continuing to do carpentry work.

Tuesday, May 3rd: Greetings Residents of International Village!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming project. We are looking forward to being onsite!

This year’s project is going to involve the performance of misc carpentry repairs, aesthetic updates and painting to 3 apartment buildings & 7 garage buildings on the property including: Heidelberg (including 2 detached garages), Orleans (including 2 detached garages), Yorkshire (including 2 detached garages), Taj Mahal garage, and Barcelona garage.

We will be doing the prep & finishing of select surfaces on the resident buildings & detached garages including the following: stucco siding, wood siding (where applicable), soffits, fascia, wood windows, A/C covers, and door frames.
