Bassett Creek Crossing – Plymouth

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Bassett Creek Crossing. We are thrilled to be onsite to work with you this summer!

Monday, August 10th: Good afternoon!

We are onsite & have completed washing buildings 6 – 9. We are also scraping, priming & painting buildings #3 & #4. 

  Come back in a couple days for another update! 

Monday, August 3rd: Good morning – we completed the pressure washing over the weekend and we’re now beginning prep and painting at Building #1. 

We thank you for your cooperation as we move through the community completing the project work. We will hopefully have a few photos of the project progress to post on the blog in the next few days.

Friday, July 31st: Good morning! We are planning to return on Saturday, August 1st to begin the pressure washing. We had planned to start today but the rain will delay us from beginning.

We appreciate your patience and we’re hoping to get back on track!

Thursday, July 30th: Good morning! We are onsite beginning pressure washing today. We will be working on Building #1 and working our way through the community. Due to unforeseen equipment issues, we are unable to begin this morning but we expect to return EITHER later today or TOMORROW!

We apologize for the delay and we aim to return as soon as possible!

Thursday, July 23rd: Greetings Residents of Bassett Creek Crossing!

Please be advised that our crews will soon begin preparation for the upcoming painting project within your community. We anticipate starting to pressure wash on: THURSDAY, JULY 30TH

We anticipate that washing the first round of select buildings in the community will take approximately 2 – 3 working days to complete. To ensure safe and unobstructed access for our crew, we kindly ask that residents please move any small personal belongings or items they do not wish to get wet indoors ahead of time. Once the surfaces have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin preparation and painting of the building exterior. We are currently planning to begin the first building on: TUESDAY, AUGUST 4TH (Weather permitting).

The full scope of work is expected to take approximately 5 – 7 weeks to complete, though each individual unit will require significantly less time. We kindly request all homeowners to remain mindful of wet paint and painters working on ladders when entering or existing their units. Roell Painting Company is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal items that may come into contact with wet paint.

We understand this project may temporarily impact your daily routine and we appreciate your patience and cooperation. Our team will work efficiently to complete the work promptly so everyone can enjoy the summer.
