Crews are onsite and painting is underway at the 1030 building!

Crews are following safety protocols as they utilize lifts and ladders to continue painting your buildings!

Crews are on-site and continue painting the 920 building.

The crew is onsite and are continuing to prep and paint Building 920. They have finished prepping and have begun the painting process.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exterior!

Our Crew is scheduled to begin painting Building 920 on Tuesday, July 26th. We have already prepared the building for painting and will begin working heading West towards the courtyard. Once Building 920 has been completed we will move onto Building 1030. One week prior to starting Building 1030 we will be posting pressure washing notices, we kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from your patios and balconies to allow for safe & unobstructed access for the washing and project duration. Your project is scheduled to take around 4-5 weeks to be completed, weather permitting of course.

We understand that this project may have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
