The crew was onsite earlier and was working diligently on your project.  Today they were working on Stack 14B. 

Tuesday, July 16th: Good afternoon!

After yesterday’s rain delay the crew is back onsite!  They are continuing to work on Stack 11B as well as Stack 12B.

Our crew is onsite today completing work on Stack 11B. Your project is coming together!

Our crew has been onsite today working on completing work on Stack 10 B. The project is getting close to being completed, anticipation is building to see the final result. 

Monday, July 8th: Good afternoon!

Our crew has been working onsite continuing to make progress on the project. We are now at stack 9B, these stacks will be completed with ladders rather than lifts.

Due to unfortunate weather conditions, we are unable to work onsite today. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we hope to be back onsite as soon as we can, weather permitting of course.

Our crew has been onsite today working on Stack 15F. We are over the halfway mark and anticipation grows everyday to see this end result. 

Wednesday, June 26th: Good afternoon!

Our crew has been onsite today working on stack 9F. We are excited about the progress being made on the project despite Mother Nature not being on our side. 

Monday, June 24th: Greetings!

Our crew is onsite today working on Stack 7F. They will continue to work in numerical order around the Building, then they will complete the inside (Blue) stacks. 

Thursday, June 20th: Good afternoon!

Due to the expected rainy weather, our crew is unable to be onsite and complete work today. We hope to be back onsite as soon as weather permits, have a great day!

Due to unfortunate weather, our crew is unable to preform work onsite today. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we hope to return onsite as soon as weather permits. 

Tuesday, June 11th: Greetings!

Our crew was onsite yesterday painting stacks 1F,2F, and 3F. Due to a weather delay, we will not be able to make it onsite and complete work today, we hope to be back out tomorrow to paint stack 4F, and 19F, weather permitting of course. Once Stack 19F is completed, we will move onto 1B and work in numerical order up to 7B. 

We also plan on starting 7F this Thursday 6/13 or Friday 6/14 depending on weather conditions. 

When spraying paint onto your stack, you may notice partial or full plastic on the windows. This is to protect your windows from any paint and cannot be removed until the paint is full dried, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Thursday, June 6th: Good morning!

Unfortunately, the strong wind has made it difficult for our crew to spray and preform work. We are hoping to be back onsite as soon as possible, weather permitting of course. 

Tuesday, June 4th: Good afternoon!

Our crew is back onsite this morning working on prep work. We hope to continue being onsite throughout the week however, the unfortunate weather has made it hard to complete work onsite. We ask that you bear with us through this rain and apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Due to last night’s rain, the property is not dry enough for our crew to be onsite today. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, we look forward to getting back onsite as soon as we can.

Due to the surfaces still being too wet to paint the crew will not be onsite today.  They will return tomorrow to continue painting!

The crew is onsite and painting today!  If you see us outside your window your stack is coming up next.  As long as we do not have any rain delays we will be onsite and painting throughout the week.  Have a great weekend!

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain.  As long as the surfaces have time to dry they will return tomorrow to continue.

Tuesday, May 14th: Good afternoon!

The crew has begun the painting process onsite! It looks as though they will be completing about one stack per day.  On Thursday, the crew will start in the courtyard with ladder work.

The crew is continuing to work on caulking around the building. We hope everyone has been enjoying this sunny day!

The crew will be finishing up with pressure washing today as well as beginning the caulking.

Thursday, May 2nd: Greetings Residents of Riverview at Upper Landing!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your renovation project.

You have probably noticed our crew onsite the past few days! They have begun the pressure washing process for your project. The fronts and sides of the buildings have been washed so far this week. Tomorrow the courtyards will be washed and the crew should be finished with these on Monday. Once the pressure washing is complete the crew will begin caulking on Monday, 5/6 followed by painting likely starting on Wednesday, 5/8, weather permitting.

We will begin painting on the North elevation of the 360 Building following the route posted on the map above.  The crew will be working off the lift completing one stack at a time.  After the first day of painting we will have a better idea of how many stacks we are able to complete each day, giving us a clearer timeline for the remaining stacks on the buildings.  In conjunction with the lift work being performed on the front and sides of the buildings, the painters will be painting courtyard elevations.  We will have more information on these soon!
