Greetings and welcome to the project blog for your upcoming painting project at Kenwood Isles in Minneapolis. We are thrilled to be back onsite this fall.

The crew has wrapped things up at Kenwood Isles in Minneapolis. We hope you are enjoying the newly refreshed exterior areas. Thank you again for having us onsite!

Monday, October 18th: Greetings!

We apologize for the delay in updates! The crew has been diligently working on your project. The prep work and painting have been going great and we are very pleased with the results so far.

The crew is onsite and ready to get to work on your project! They are starting to prep and prime today.

Thursday, September 30th: Hello and welcome to your project blog!

We are thrilled to be back in this community to refresh select areas of the exterior of your buildings. We’ll be getting started on Friday, 10/1 with pressure washing.

We kindly request that you remove all small personal items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return items to the outside of your home. Please not that some areas likely will be hand cleaned as well.

After pressure washing/cleaning has be completed, the surfaces will need some time to dry. We anticipate returning to start our prep and painting on Monday, 10/4. We will begin in the NW corner and work our way counter clock-wise around to all of the included buildings. Overall this project will have minimal impact to your daily routine but it is a large project that in total will take about 3-4 weeks to complete.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
