Project Complete

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Highgrove Condos. We’re thrilled to be working with you this summer!

Route Map – Highgrove Condos

Friday, August 30th: Hello and TGIF!

Those roads we drive on the way to the offices and homes we work and live in…somebody built ’em. May we take a moment to reflect  on the principles of hard work that make this country great! As we celebrate Labor Day, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our diligent and hard working crews. Oh, and eat some food on a stick too. Happy Labor Day every one!

Tuesday, August 27th: Good afternoon!

The crew is prepping and painting at Building #3 and is hopeful to wrap up today or into tomorrow morning.

Jose preps and paints one of the entries at Building #3.

Monday, August 26th: Good morning!

We hope you all had a great weekend! The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain and will return as the weather allows… fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Friday, August 23rd: Hello and TGIF!

The crew will resume their prep and painting on Monday, 8/26 with the remaining portion of Building 3 and then continue onto Building 4.

Thanks so much and have a great weekend!

Thursday, August 22nd: Greetings!

Today’s the start of the Great Minnesota Get Together and we can just smell the always delightful Sweet Martha’s! We’ve got 12 days to eat our hearts’ desire and explore the sights and scenes at the Fair! Take a look at our own Andrew Zimmern’s Food Fair Strategy:

Thursday, August 15th: AND WE’RE OFF!

The crew has started to pressure wash your decks at Highgrove in Maple Grove.

Meet Ben, our newest Field Supervisor. He’ll be managing the crew, monitoring progress, and checking the work as we make our way through your project. Please reach out to him if you have any questions. Thanks!

Hermes is seasoned pro at pressure washing. Look at that form!

Wednesday, August 14th: Greetings residents of Highgrove!

Our water trailer is getting its full usage at a different project where they are wrapping up and then it will be off to Highgrove Condos to begin your pressure washing tomorrow, Thursday, 8/15. We appreciate your grace in our moving your start date as the weather impacts project movement.

We will see you onsite tomorrow!

Thursday, August 8th: Good afternoon and welcome to your project blog!

We’ll be posting frequent project updates here as well as progress photos and delays, should they come up!

The crew will be getting started on Wednesday, 8/14 with pressure washing of the included areas. We’ll be then prepping and painting select areas of your decking – railings and skirts as well and some trim areas.

We are anticipating to be onsite about a week to complete the painting. Again, thank you for having us and we’ll see you next week!
