Wednesday, September 25th: Good afternoon! 

The end is in sight and we are painting the remaining doors on Saturday, 9/28 between 8AM – 11AM. We’ll be knocking on doors during those hours as well as painting the scheduled doors. You may schedule a specific time to have your door painting in Saturday between those hours using the calendar above. After 11AM, we’ll be painting the remaining doors in the closed position. We appreciate your cooperation and participation!

Wednesday, September 18th: Good morning! 

The crew will return on Friday and Saturday to knock on doors and take appointments for door painting. Please use the calendar tool to schedule a specific time for your door to be painted. The crew will prioritize the scheduled doors over knocking on doors. We advise you to make an appointment that will fit your schedule. Thanks! 

Friday, September 13th: Friday the 13th, a full moon, and a Border Battle weekend for our Vikings and Packers — oh my! 

The crew has stopped their door painting for the day as of 3pm due to the rain. They’ll return tomorrow to continue knocking on doors and taking appointments. Thanks!

Wednesday, September 11th: Good morning residents of Water’s Edge. 

Today we are taking a pause in honor and remembrance of those lost on 9/11 and we pay tribute to the heroes that day brought forth. We will never forget.

We’ll return on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 8am and 4pm to paint the resident doors in Phase IV- which include buildings 30 – 40. You can use the calendar tool above to schedule a specific time to get you door painted on the selected dates. Thanks! 

Friday, September 6th: TGIF! 

Football Season is upon us! Green Bay and Chicago kicked off the 10th season last night at Soldier Field with a pretty uneventful win by the Packers. The Viking will start off their season with a home game against Atlanta on Sunday — SKOL!!!

Thursday, September 5th: Greetings! 

The crew is wrapping up the shutter and trim painting today on Buildings 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40. Thanks to those that have scheduled door painting so far! There’s still time to make an appointment for Friday or Saturday.Thanks!

Wednesday, September 4th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is cruising along and they are prepping and painting at Buildings # 34 and #35 – thanks! 

We’ll be posting more notices regarding door painting in Phase III- see above in purple for these Buildings ( 25-29 ). 

We will be designating crew members to paint doors on Friday, 9/5 and Saturday, 9/6 from 8am – 4pm. Please utilize the calendar tool above to schedule an appointments. The crew will prioritize appointments over knocking on doors so it is advised to schedule a time – thank you in advance for your cooperation and participation to get your doors painted!

Friday, August 30th: Hello and TGIF! 

Those roads we drive on the way to the offices and homes we work and live in…somebody built ’em. May we take a moment to reflect  on the principles of hard work that make this country great! As we celebrate Labor Day, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our diligent and hard working crews. Oh, and eat some food on a stick too. Happy Labor Day every one!

We hope you all had a great weekend and we wanted to thank those who made door painting appointments and who kindly opened their door for painting over the weekend! The crew will be resuming their prep and painting as the weather allows. Thanks!

Today’s the start of the Great Minnesota Get Together and we can just smell the always delightful Sweet Martha’s! We’ve got 12 days to eat our hearts’ desire and explore the sights and scenes at the Fair! Take a look at our own Andrew Zimmern’s Food Fair Strategy:

Wednesday, August 21st: Good afternoon!

The crew is back onsite after yesterday’s sudden downpour. They’re prepping and painting at Buildings #25 and #26 today. 

We’ll also be painting doors this Friday and Saturday. You my use the calendar/scheduling tool to make a door painting appointment. We’ll also be knocking on doors on these days between the hours of 8am and 4pm. So if you’re home and have the time, kindly open your door to be painted. But please know that the door painting appointments will take priority over knocking on doors. Thanks!

Thursday, August 15th: Good afternoon! 

We are a week away from the MN State Fair!! Get your stretchy pants and people watching glasses all ready. We’re team Pronto Pup over here, none of that corn dog business! 

The crew is prepping and painting at Buildings #16 – #19 today. We’ll be finalizing the dates/times for remaining door painting in the next week, but the crew would like to get more of the trim painting completed before we go with another round of door painting. Thanks for your patience on this!

Monday, August 12th: Hello and Happy Monday! 

Back to the grind after the weekend! We appreciate everyone who opened their doors for painting, scheduled appointments, and also for your patience as the weather wasn’t willing to cooperate Saturday afternoon. We’ll be finalizing the remaining door schedule soon – thanks!

Friday, August 9th: Hello and TGIF! 

It’s a beautiful day for painting your trim and resident doors. And this weekend looks quite nice as well! 

Thank you for opening your doors to be painted and scheduling specific times for your door to be painted! We’ll be painting doors today and tomorrow and then on Monday will resume with Building 13 to prep and paint the trim areas. We’ll post notices for painting the remaining doors near the end of the painting. Thanks!

Thank you to those residents that have opened your door for our crew to paint and also for making appointments for door painting tomorrow and Saturday!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint the shutters and trim areas and will be working at Buildings #8 and #9 today.

Wednesday, August 7th: Greetings!

We hope you all had a great evening celebrating your neighborhood for National Night Out!

The crew is continuing along the route and will be starting at Building #5 this morning — continuing to paint shutters and entry trim areas.

The crew is posting notices on Building #1 – #12 today for door painting. The door painting for these buildings will begin on Friday, August 9th and go through Saturday, August 10th between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

Crew members will be knocking on your unit doors and if you are available, please open the door to have us paint. 

Once the doors are painted, they will need to be left open for a minimum of 2.5 hours after completion to allow sufficient dry time.

You can also schedule your door painting for a specific time on the dates offered. You may do so by leaving a comment here on the blog in the ‘Leave a Comment’ section below with your unit number and date/time requested, email Dana: dana@roellpainting.com or call our office: 763-559-5296 ex 1.

Please reference the schedule posted above as availability will be updated frequently as appointments are made. There will be three slots available on the hour for the times listed.

Tuesday, August 6th: Good afternoon! 

Today is National Night Out and your neighborhood surely has something planned — be it a potluck, bbq, bounce house for the kiddies, ice cream social, the possibilities are endless really! National Night Out was started as an annual campaign to foster community building and promote police-community partnerships. Often local police or firefighters stop and visit or even give safety demonstrations. We hope you all have a great night connecting with neighbors!
