Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at WayPoint Condos in Wayzata. We are looking forward to being onsite and sprucing up your hallways & stairwells.

Friday, December 11th: Good afternoon and happy Friday!

The crew is finishing up in the 2nd stairwell, prepping and painting the storage locker areas, and completing the millwork-baseboard touch ups today. Later this afternoon, they’ll be marking touch ups to be taken care of as well and we should be wrapped up after they’re complete.

Thursday, December 10th: Good afternoon!

A beautiful sunny December day and the crew has moved to the 2nd stairwell and is restarted the process of prep, cover, paint and repeat.

Wednesday, December 9th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing on the first floor and in the first stairwell. They’ll then move onto the 2nd stairwell and also complete the touch ups to the baseboards and misc. millwork.

Tuesday, December 8th: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing at WayPoint. They’ve started in one of the stairwells. They’ll complete wall repairs – patch, sand, and smooth before starting the walls.

Monday, December 7th: Greetings!

We hope you all had a great weekend!

The crew is back onsite and making their way down the fits floor corridor. They are covering floors, prepping, sanding, and smoothing the walls before they get to painting them.

Friday, December 4th: Good morning!

Hello and Happy Friday!

The crew is wrapping up on the 3rd floor with wall painting today. They are also completing work on the first floor ceiling area and walls. Next, they’ll move to the 2nd floor to begin prepping.

Thursday, December 3rd: Greetings!

Quick update – we did set off the fire alarm. This happens from time to time in condo hallway projects as we are prepping the walls and sanding – the dust can trigger the smoke/fire alarms. We’ll take extra caution to cover them and use measures to best contain the dust.

It’s a beautiful December day and we are ready to rock at WayPoint. The crew is continuing to prep, patch, and repair the ceiling on the 1st floors as well as prep and cover to paint the walls on the 1st floor.

Wednesday, December 2nd: Good morning!

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Waypoint Condos in Wayzata. We are thrilled to be onsite and refreshing your corridor walls, select ceiling areas and stairwells.

The crew kicked off your project this morning. We are going to be prepping and finishing the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st floor hallway walls and select ceiling areas. After the corridors are complete, we’ll proceed to the stairwells to paint the walls. We will also be completing touch ups to the baseboards and doors frames as needed.

We are starting with the 3rd floor as well as some ceiling work on the 1st floor.
