Wednesday, August 21: Greetings!

The stain colors were attained and the crew has completed the last two remaining decks!  Your project is officially finished.  It has been a pleasure working with and for you this summer!

Monday, August 5th: Good morning!

Your project is almost complete!  We are just waiting on the stain color for two remaining decks.  Otherwise, everything else onsite has been completed. 

Thursday, July 18th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and continuing to prep and stain your decks.

Tuesday, July 16th: Greetings!

After carpentry and yesterday’s rain delay the crew is back onsite!  They will continue to work along the route posted above.

Monday, July 8th: Good afternoon!

Due to carpentry being completed onsite, our crew will not be returning until July 15th. When back onsite, we will continue where we left off. 

Tuesday, July 2nd: Good morning!

Our crew has been working onsite and has made their way to deck 21. We are unable to continue working due to the rain today, we are hoping to be back onsite as soon as we can. 

Monday, July 1st: Greetings!

The crew has started staining decks according to the map above, they started at Deck 3267 and worked their way to Deck 3303. We are excited to see all the progress happening on the project. 

Wednesday, June 26th: Good morning!

It’s a great day to start your project! Our crew has been onsite this morning pressure washing decks in numerical order as shown above. Once we have made our way through all the units we will return for the staining portion.

Tuesday, June 25th: Greetings residents!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming exterior project. We are excited to be working together this year!

This Blog will be used to communicate updates, weather delays, and progress photos. Check back here frequently for any updates or notices. 

Our crew will begin pressure washing the decking in numerical order as highlighted in the map above on Wednesday, June 26th. 

We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from your deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. You may notice Blue paper notices posted onsite with this information as well. 

Once we have completed washing all decks, we must allow adequate time to dry of a few days. We anticipate returning to start the prepping and staining portion of the project on Monday, July 1st, continuing to work in numerical order. 

We understand this project may have an impact to your daily routine & we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may enjoy the remainder of the summer.
