Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming  project at Monterey Park in St. Louis Park. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

Tuesday, July 21st: Good afternoon, residents of Monterey Park.

As part of the Board-approved 2026 community painting project, our crews will begin prep work throughout the community in the coming days. Carpentry repair is tentatively scheduled to begin on the 1st building on: TUESDAY, JULY 28TH

Pressure washing is tentatively scheduled to begin on the 1st building on: THURSDAY, JULY 30TH

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the deck & exterior of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for pressure washing & carpentry & painting. Pressure washing of all buildings should be completed in approximately 3 – 4 business days.

We anticipate that the entire project will be completed within 4 – 6 weeks; however, your unit / building will likely complete much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule. We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer.
