Monday, august 10th: Hello residents of Heritage HOA!

We are onsite & very excited to be part of your painting project!

We are currently scraping & priming building 1 in the sequence. Take a look!

Wednesday, August 5th: Good afternoon we are working on the 4th building group for pressure washing today and plan to complete the 5th building tomorrow. Carpentry is ongoing and prep and painting should start on Building 1 by August 6th / 7th.

Monday, August 3rd: Good morning – we are back with our water trailer today and pressure washing the first two buildings. Pressure washing is expected to take a few days but may finish sooner than expected. Here is a welcome video from your Project Manager, Nick, onsite this morning.

Friday, July 31st: Good morning – we have rain in area today so we won’t be onsite. The production manager, Jason, is working with the association board to communicate the date later today to return next week for pressure washing to begin.

Thank you for your patience! We are hoping to get everything back on track soon. We have been able to work on carpentry repairs on the first two buildings and plan to return next week!

Thursday, July 30th: Hi all – we have been delayed by our equipment for pressure washing; we will reschedule the date on the blog ASAP. Carpentry is ongoing!

Tuesday, July 28th: Good morning residents! We will be onsite tomorrow beginning carpentry repairs in the community. We appreciated you moving any items / small personal belongings out the way for the crew to be onsite for pressure washing.

Thank you! We are hoping for cooler weather for the project and are glad to be done with the hot weather of Monday! Stay cool out there!

Tuesday, July 21st: Good afternoon, residents of Monterey Park.

As part of the Board-approved 2026 community painting project, our crews will begin prep work throughout the community in the coming days. Carpentry repair is tentatively scheduled to begin on the 1st building on: WEDNESDAY, JULY 29TH

Pressure washing is tentatively scheduled to begin on the 1st building on: THURSDAY, JULY 30TH

We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from the deck & exterior of your home to allow for safe & unobstructed access for pressure washing & carpentry & painting. Pressure washing of all buildings should be completed in approximately 3 – 4 business days.

We anticipate that the entire project will be completed within 4 – 6 weeks; however, your unit / building will likely complete much sooner. Please be aware that the weather will likely affect our completion schedule. We realize that this project may disrupt your daily routine, and we will do our best to complete it as quickly as possible so that everyone can enjoy the remainder of the summer.
