The crew has completed all of the touch ups, which means your project is officially finished!  It has been a pleasure working with and for you this summer.

The crew made great progress this week and has wrapped things up with your project.  A production manager will be onsite in the coming days to complete a walk through and mark any areas in need of touch ups.  Have a great weekend!

The crew is onsite and working diligently on your project.  The painting is underway and looking great so far!

The crew will return on Monday once the substrates have had adequate time to dry to begin prepping and painting.  Enjoy your weekend!

Happy project kick off day!  The crew is onsite and your project is officially underway.  Today the crew will be pressure washing.  

Wednesday, July 31st: Greetings Residents of Bridges at Arbor Lakes!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing the included trim surfaces on the north elevation (garage elevation) on Tuesday, August 6th.  We kindly request that you please remove personal items away from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing.  Select trim areas may be hand cleaned.  Once the washing & painting is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.  Please have your outside water spigot on and available for the crew to utilize.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces.  We anticipate that prep work will start on Building 1 in our proposed sequence on Monday August 12th.

We are anticipating the project to take 8 – 10 working days to complete.  The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found here on your project blog.
