Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Annapolis Office Park in Plymouth. We are thrilled to be onsite with you!

3 & 4 Complete Complete (Touch-ups)
5 & 6 Complete Complete (Touch-ups)

Wednesday, July 1st: Hi all – we painted the trim on some the front building elevations. Here are some photos of the final product! We will need to return when the conditions allow to complete the remaining building trim boards, trash enclosure shakes and touch-ups that have been marked by the Production Manager. We may be onsite later today if all is dry enough.

Tuesday, June 30th: Hello all – due to the rain we are not onsite today but plan to be back tomorrow to do some additional painting. The gray trim boards around each door will be painted white. See below for the detail!

Wednesday, June 24th: Hello all – we are onsite performing touch-ups and clean-up of the project site. Trim color may get some additional work but at this time we are just cleaning up and waiting for any additional direction.

Monday, June 22nd: Today we are onsite doing the last building’s stucco areas and this afternoon we will be starting the trim. Here is a photo of the crew in action!

Thursday, June 18th: Hi all we are back onsite today, assuming surfaces are dry enough to paint!

Wednesday, June 17th: Hello all – we are rain delayed today! We are hoping to be back once the rainy weather goes away.

Friday, June 12th: Hi all – we are back today and it looks like the rain is going to stay away.

Thursday, June 11th: Hi all – we are onsite today and prepping the last building for painting. Because we may get rain later today, we might have to leave the site if we cannot perform the prep. If we do have a delay, we will update the status on this blog.

Thank you!

Wednesday, June 10th: We are onsite again today – with the rain overnight we will make sure the conditions are right in order to continue any painting. The weather forecast for Plymouth looks like maybe rain tomorrow so please check back here to ee if we are rain delayed at all for any upcoming days.

Tuesday, June 9th: Hi all – we were back onsite on Tuesday. There was a tree that fell and it will be removed and then the building will be checked to see if any damage to the coatings occurred.

Monday, June 8th: Hi all – we did a lot of painting this weekend but we are not going to be painting today due to the rain. We should be back tomorrow!

We are aiming to begin painting fronts of the buildings later on this week as long as we have color selection from building management.

Friday, June 5th: Hi everyone – the crew will be working this Saturday as weather permits. As a general guideline, when we have rain we do not return to paint until the streets are dry as a general guideline of when we have the right conditions to resume painting.

Thursday, June 4th: Hello all – painting is well underway. We have completed painting on many portions of Building #1 – see the photos below.

We will be continuing to move through Building #2 and Building #3 today as weather allows. Paint color selection for the front sides of the buildings is in progress – so those will have unpainted areas until final color selection is made by building management / ownership.

Thursday, May 28th: Good morning, all – another gorgeous day out! We are actually planning to finish pressure washing today and will finish up a little earlier than the plan. We will return to start prep on Building #1 on June 1st.

Wednesday, May 27th: Hello all – we are onsite today starting pressure washing at Building #1 & #2 – we may finish earlier than planned so please be mindful of having your windows closed. Thanks!

Friday, May 22nd: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing in the Annapolis Office Park starting on: WEDNESDAY, MAY 27TH

We kindly request that you please close all windows and remove any small items outside the building(s) to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. We expect washing to be completed in 2-3 business days for all six buildings. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items.

The crew will return after the substrates have sufficiently dried to commence the process in preparing & painting the outside of the office park buildings. We are projecting that prep work will begin at Building #1 (see map) on: MONDAY, JUNE 1ST

The project will take about 4 weeks to complete but your individual building will take less time. The best way to obtain an update on the project status, weather delays, and any impact it may have to your daily routine can be found here on the blog.
