Tuesday, July 30th: Greetings!

The crew has completed all of the needed touch ups for your project.  Which means your project is officially finished!  It has been a pleasure working with and for you this summer.

Wednesday, July 24th: Good afternoon!

Due to the weather later last week the crew was not able to complete the touch ups at your association.  They will be onsite tomorrow to complete those as well as a few decks.  Please reach out to the contacts at the bottom of the page if you have any questions or concerns.

Thursday, July 18th: Good morning!

Angel came out yesterday to mark areas in need of touch ups.  The crew will be onsite today to complete those areas and your project will officially be completed!  It has been a pleasure to work with and for you this summer.  We hope you enjoy your newly refreshed decks and posts!

Tuesday, July 16th: Greetings!

The crew was able to wrap things up with your project last week!  One of our production managers, Angel, will be onsite tomorrow to do a walkthrough of the association to mark areas in need of touch ups.  If you find blue tape on your deck or posts please do not remove it so the crew knows where touch ups are needed.  The crew will return on Thursday to complete the touch ups.  Thank you!

Thursday, July 11th: Good morning!

The crew is back onsite this morning after the rain delays this week.  They began staining decks at Building 27 this morning and will continue along the route. If you are in any of the remaining buildings to be stained please make sure your furniture and other belongings are off of your deck.

Building 29 getting a refresh today!

Wednesday, July 10th: Good afternoon!

The crew will potentially be onsite this afternoon to continue staining depending on if the decks have adequate time to dry out from the rain.  If they are not able to return today, weather permitting, they will return tomorrow to continue along the route.

Tuesday, July 9th: Good morning!

**UPDATE** When the crew arrived today the decks were still a bit wet from the rain last night and as it is now raining again they will not be staining today.  They will return when the decks have had adequate time to dry.

The crew made great progress yesterday as there were multiple maintenance free decks on Buildings 21-26.  Today they are starting on Building 27.

Monday, July 8th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a fun & safe 4th of July weekend! The crew is onsite this warm Monday morning to continue staining your decks.  They are currently working on Building 21.

Staining is underway at Building 21!

Wednesday, July 3rd: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite continuing to work their way around the route to stain your decks.  Today they are staining at Building 14.  Weather permitting, they will return on Friday, July 5th to start staining at Building 15.  We wish everyone a safe & happy 4th of July!

Tuesday, July 2nd: Good morning!

Due to unfortunate weather conditions, our crew is unable to work onsite today. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we hope to be back onsite as soon as we can, weather permitting.

As you know, some of your buildings have smaller decks than others.  The crew is able to get through these buildings faster than the buildings with larger decks.  This affects how many buildings they are completing each day.  To be safe, we recommend pulling your furniture off your deck 2 days before your deck is scheduled to be stained.  The schedule will be updated each day as we hear from the crew what buildings have been completed.

Monday, July 1st: Happy July!

Crazy to think that June has already came and went!  The crew made great progress over the weekend and are onsite today staining at Building 9.  Please remember to wait 24 hours after your deck has been stained before returning furniture and other belongings to it.

The crew will not be onsite Thursday, July 4th for the Holiday.  They will return Friday, July 5th to continue working.

Friday, June 28th: Good morning!

Unfortunately due to the rain the crew will not be staining today.  Fingers crossed for warm and sunny weather ahead!

Thursday, June 27th: Good afternoon!

After lots of rain the crew has finally been able to begin staining your decks! Today they are staining at Building #2.

The crew will be completing about 1 – 2 buildings per day for the staining.  If your deck is further down the schedule you can put your furniture back out on your deck if you would like while you wait for the crew to get to your building.  If you choose to do this we just ask that you follow along with the blog and bring your furniture back in a day before your building is scheduled to be stained.

Monday, June 24th: Good morning!

Our crew is onsite this morning working hard on Building 14.

Building 14 decks are getting a fresh coat.
Rolling the paint on makes it easier to ensure all spaces get painted such as tall beams.

Thursday, June 20th: Good afternoon!

Due to projected bad weather, our crew is unable to be onsite and complete work today. We hope to be back onsite as soon as we can, weather permitting.

Monday, June 17th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite and continuing to work their way around the route to pressure wash your decks.  Please make sure all furniture is removed from your deck for easy access.  Have a great start to your week!

Thursday, June 13th: Good afternoon!

The crew is continuing to work their way around to pressure wash.  They are currently washing Building 8.

Wednesday, June 12th: Good morning!

Your project is underway! Our crew is onsite this morning pressure washing the buildings in numerical order as seen in the map above.

Thursday, June 6th: Greetings residents!

Welcome to the project blog for your upcoming project! This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule.

Our crew is scheduled to be onsite Wednesday 6/12 to start pressure washing in numerical order (See map above). You may notice papers being posted with instructions on how to prepare for our crew to pressure wash your building. This paper also include details about the rest of your upcoming project.

After allowing 4-6 days to dry our crew will be able to return onsite to start prepping and painting, this will most likely be on 6/17 weather permitting.

Overall, this project should have minimal impact to your daily routine.  Please check back here to follow the progress of the project, updates to the daily schedule and for any weather delays.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions. Thank you and we are looking forward to getting started next week!
