Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Oak Glen. We are thrilled to be working at your association again this year.

Painting – Route Map

Thursday, August 11th: Greetings!

The crew has wrapped on the railing painting at Oak Glen and will transition to misc. touch ups tomorrow. These are areas identified by your manager – concentrated to those areas with peeling paint, base wood, etc.

Thank you again for having us onsite!

Tuesday, August 9th: Good afternoon!

The crew is off and running at Oak Glen. They have made their way to Building #3 listed on the route map above.

Wednesday, August 3rd: Good morning!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming garage balcony painting project at Oak Glen. We are thrilled to be back onsite!

Included in this summer’s scope of work are: garage balconies – including deck skirts, spindles, railings, divider “ends” and flower boxes on the applicable 38 units.

We will kick off the project on Friday, 8/5 with pressure washing the included areas. Prior to washing, we kindly ask those balcony residents to clear items away from the railing/spindles and remove any small personal items from the deck entirely to allow safe and unobstructed access while washing and also painting. Small items removed for washing can return to your deck after the washing is complete; however, we ask that all items remain away from and off of the railings, spindles, etc. We so appreciate your cooperation!

Once the decking surfaces have been washed, they will need time to dry. The crew is tentative to return onsite to begin prep/painting on Monday, August 8th. We will soon post a route map as to the direction the crew will complete the balconies.
