The crew is onsite today painting your front doors. Please schedule an appointment if you still need your door painted using the calendar tool located above. If you do not schedule an appointment or answer your door when the crew knocks, your door will be painted in the closed position tomorrow, 7/24. Have a great weekend!
Wednesday, July 21st: Good morning!
The crew will be onsite Friday, 7/23 and Saturday, 7/24 for one last attempt to paint your front doors. If you are unavailable or do not schedule an appointment with us BEFORE Saturday 7/24, we will be painting your door in the closed position. You can schedule an appointment for these two days using the calendar tool above.

The crew is continuing to make their way around Spring Brooke to paint your front doors. The doors with appointments will get prioritized first, but the crew will also be knocking on doors still so if you are home please open the door to be painted. Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, July 14th: Good afternoon!
The crew is onsite today and they are continuing to paint your front doors. They will continue knocking on doors so if you are home, kindly open the door to be painted. Otherwise, if you prefer to sign up for a block of time to have your door painted, please use the calendar scheduling tool above to make an appointment.
Remember that once painted, the doors will need to be left open a minimum of 3 hours to dry after the final coat is applied. Have a great day!

We have added another day to book appointments to get your door painted. There are now appointments available tomorrow, Wednesday 7/14 from 8am-4pm.
This is our final week for door painting at your project. We appreciate everyone’s patience as the crew moves between appointments and works to paint all 154 doors in the community. The best way to assure the doors are painted is to schedule an appointment. The crew will also continue knocking on doors when they don’t have appointments, but the scheduled doors will be prioritized.
Tuesday, July 6th: Greetings Residents of Spring Brooke HOA!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming front door painting project at Spring Brooke HOA in Lakeville!
For your project, we’ll be preparing and painting the front doors on your 154-unit (20 building) association.
To facilitate door painting in the “open position,” we will have painters onsite at specified time frames. Within these time frames, team members will knock on doors to paint them in the open position. Additionally, homeowners can request a specific time within these specified days/scheduling windows using the calendar tool located above.
Our crew will be kicking off on Friday, 7/9 with door painting in your association. There will be appointments available to schedule on Friday, 7/9 & Saturday, 7/10 this week. As well as Friday, 7/16 & Saturday 7/17 next week. If you have not made an appointment or answered your door for it to be painted by next Saturday, 7/17 it will be painted in the closed position.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.

Ran into some of your painters at Super World Buffet a couple of weeks ago and asked if they were painting the doors at Springbrook. They answered very politely “No ma’am, but the crew you are getting is great.” That was a great representation of your company and this website was so easy. I am looking forward to having a beautiful door again.
