Friday, February 19th: Hello and TGIF! 

The crew is onsite and completing touch ups today at Corridor Flats. Thank you again for having us onsite and sprucing up your 2nd floor hallway, resident front doors, elevator lobby areas, accent walls, and stairwells. We hope you enjoy the refresh! 

Wednesday, February 17th: Good morning! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint in the 2nd stairwell. This is the final portion of the project and the crew is hopeful to finish it today!

Monday, February 15th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is prepping and painting in the stairwell today and wrapping up the remaining resident front doors on the 2nd floor. They’ll be onsite for 1-2 more working days wrapping up in these select areas. Thank you for having us and it was our pleasure to spruce up your association.

Thursday, February 11th: Good morning! 

The crew is continuing to paint in the lobby and entry areas. They’ll be knocking on doors and taking appointments tomorrow between 10am and 3pm. They are projecting to be wrapping up early next week. Thank you!

Wednesday, February 10th: Good afternoon! 

The crew has completed the select areas on on the 2nd floor aside from the resident front doors. Please continue to make appointments for the door painting times we have set aside from Friday between 10am and 3pm. Thank you!

Tuesday, February 9th: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing on the 2nd floor. They are prepping in sections, completing some wall repairs and then painting the hallway walls. We are also painting the resident door alcoves. 

If you’ve received a blue notice on your door, please make an appointment for a specific time this Friday to have your door painted in the open position. The doors will be receiving 2 coats of paint so please block off a few hours of your time to be sure the door can remain open to dry fully. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Monday, February 8th: Good morning! 

We’ve kicked off your project this morning and are getting started on the 2nd floor. We’ll begin here with prep work and covering areas we are not painting before painting the walls. We’ll soon post notices on the 2nd floor resident doors to sign up for a door painting appointment for this Friday, 2/12 between 10am and 3pm. We’ll need to paint your door in the open position. You can sign up for a specific time for our crew to be at your door at the link/calendar tool above. Thank you!

Tuesday, February 2nd: Good afternoon and welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Corridor Flats!

You can continue to follow the project progress here as we’ll post updates frequently and share photos throughout. 

For your project, we’ll be finishing the common areas walls on the 2nd floor, the stairwell walls, select accent areas in the lobby, elevator lobby accents, and also select doors and frames on the 2nd floor. 

We are asking that you are mindful of wet paint while entering and existing your residence and are traversing through the working areas. We are projecting the project will take about two weeks to complete in its entirety and we appreciate your cooperation and patience as we are sprucing up your community.
