Evergreen Country Homes – Woodbury

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the painting project at Evergreen Country Homes in Woodbury. We are thrilled to be back this spring!

Monday, May 18th: Good morning – we will not be onsite painting today due to the rain that we had last evening. We are planning to be onsite on Tuesday, May 19th. Here are some photos from late last week of the preparation / painting.

Tuesday, May 12: Hello all – we returned to start prep & painting of Building #3 and Building #4 today.

Thursday, May 7th: Hello all – we are onsite today beginning the prep for the painting at Building #1 & #2. We hope to update you with some pictures in the next day or so as the project gets moving. Thanks so much for your patience as we work to improve your exteriors!

Friday, May 1st: Happy May Day! We were onsite this morning and have completed the pressure washing. Here are a few photos of the crew washing this morning. We plan to return on May 7th to begin prep and painting – weather permitting. Check out the video above for more information from the Production Supervisor, Jason.

Thursday, April 30th: Greetings Residents of Evergreen Country Homes!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors!

Please be advised that our crew will begin pressure washing on Friday, May 1st.  We kindly request that you please remove all small personal items from the exterior of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing.  Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to their normal place.  Please also have your outside water spigot on and available for the crew to utilize.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces.  We anticipate that prep work will start on Building 1 in our proposed sequence on Thursday, May 7th.  The project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we will share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
