Tamarack Village HOA – Farmington

Greetings & welcome to the official project blog for Tamarack Village in Farmington.  We are so happy you found us!

Friday, June 3rd: Despite the ongoing battle with the weather, the crew has capitalized on the good stretch of sunshine and should be nearing completion on the trim painting and shutter painting. The crew will still be knocking on doors today and tomorrow, and keeping scheduled appointments, and we hope to paint nearly all the doors by the end of the weekend. For those homeowners whose doors do not get painted, you will receive a final notice in RED PAPER with further instructions to have your door painted in the open position. Thanks for your cooperation everybody!

If you’re green with envy that your door hasn’t been painted yet, feel free to schedule a time that works for you right here on the blog or open the door when one of friendly painters knock.

Beginning Thursday, the crew will be knocking on doors in the hopes of catching you when you are at home to paint your door in the open position. Additionally, you can schedule a time that works best for you to have your door painted in the open position…simply post a comment on the blog below with the date and time you want us to paint and we’ll get it scheduled!

After the rains halted exterior progress for all of our crews last week, the sun is back and so are the boys in white at Tamarack Ridge! Work was underway yesterday and the fellas began at the end of Tamarack Trail and and have begun prep and painting on the first 4 buildings labeled #1-#4. As long as the weather cooperates, work will continue on down Tamarack Trail. Please stay tuned right here on the blog, particularly as we get closer to door painting near the end of the project as you will have the opportunity to schedule a specific time you would prefer to have your front door painted. There will also be physical notices giving you instructions on how to schedule your door. Thanks for having us!

Likely a blue notice posted to your garage door frame has led you to our little blog.   We use this project blog as a communication tool to let you the residents know our progress and schedule for the upcoming painting project.

The association board has selected us as a vendor to paint various elements throughtout your association.  Those substrates are:

Front Doors & Frames

Utility Doors & Frames

Entry Pillars

Shutters 

Louvers

This is a large project so we anticipate being on your property for a couple weeks. 

Work will begin on Monday at the building labeled #1 on the map found below.
