Tuesday, October 30th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is prepping and painting on the misc. areas on the exterior of the building and touching up some of the railings. They’ll be wrapped up by tomorrow. It’s been our pleasure to be onsite and to spruce up your interior porches, railings, vents, etc.

Monday, October 29th: Good morning and happy Monday! 

We hope you all had a great weekend! The crew is continuing to knock on doors and paint in your porches. Thank you to everyone that has graciously opened their door and also for scheduling appointments. We’ll be onsite through Wednesday painting in the porches and Wednesday will be the final day- thanks in advance for your cooperation!

Thursday, October 25th: Good afternoon residents of Marwood! 

The crew are continuing to paint in your porches as well as in some common areas. We want to say thank you to those that have opened their doors for us to paint and also those who have scheduled a time – we appreciate your cooperation!

Wednesday, October 24th: Hello and good afternoon! 

The crew has started prepping and painting your common areas as well as knocking on doors to paint your interior porches. Kindly open your door if you’re available – thanks!

Tuesday, October 23rd: Good morning! 

We’ll be starting your project this afternoon- with prepping and painting in designated common areas. We had a busy morning getting another project started as well and the painters will be onsite this afternoon. Then starting tomorow, we’ll begin knocking on doors and also painting in porches for those who’ve made appointments. Please call our office 763-559-5296 to schedule or comment below on the blog. As a note for more appointments next week- we’ll add more tables/schedules for next week once we get an idea of how long it will take the crew to complete a porch. We will potentially add more time slots and/or more dates. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

Friday, October 19th: Hello and TGIF! 

We will be beginning your painting project on Tuesday, October 19th. During this project we’ll be prepping and painting on exterior surfaces of your building- entry railings, service doors, vents, etc. This portion will have little impact on your daily routines. 

The 2nd aspect of the project will be prepping and painting on the interior of your porches- the metal railings, privacy walls, floors.  We’ll need participation from each homeowner to access these areas. Please move all furniture and small personal items off of your porch so they crew has unobstructed access.

On Tuesday, 10/23 we’ll be completing the painting on the common areas and then beginning on Wednesday, 10/24 through the weekend and into next week they’ll be painting in your porches. The crew will be knocking on doors, starting on the 3rd floor and working their way down to the 1st floor. If you are home and can reserve a few hours to let us paint in your porch, kindly open your door. 

Appointments available at 9am and 1pm.

If you would like to schedule a specific time to be home and have your interior porch painted, please comment below on the blog with the date and time you’d like. We’ll have limited availability for each time slot, so first come first serve. At this time, we’re anticipating about 4-5 hours of prep and paint time in your porches for the railings and privacy walls. But this may change once we get started and know the exact time to complete. 

Additionally, the weather will affect our completion of this project. The best way to stay apprised of project information is here on the blog as we’ll update the schedule and post progress updates as well as any delays due to weather.
