Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Cedar Trails. We are looking forward to being onsite with you!
We will begin the process of refinishing decking in your association on Monday, 9/23 with pressure washing of select areas of fencing.
We kindly ask that you please remove all small personal items away from the fencing for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access. Once the washing is complete you may return the items to their normal place.
Additionally the crew will be finishing your patio door frames, metal surround of the A/C units, and other misc. items. These surfaces will be hand cleaned and we anticipate work will begin on these areas as well.
Once the fencing has dried completely, we’ll return to begin prepping and painting these areas.
You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, share photos, and let you know of any weather delays as rain will impact the finishing schedule.
Thanks so much and we’re looking forward to get started next week!
