Thursday, November 8th: Hello and welcome to your project blog!

Welcome Video for York of Edina.

Perhaps you’ve made your way here by way of blue notice taped to your doorframe, welcome! We will be starting your painting project on Monday, 11/12. The project will entail work on the 5th, 4th, and 3rd floors, including prepping and painting in various areas- hallway/common area walls and ceilings, residence door frames, elevator doors/frames, and fire extinguisher cases.

On Monday we’ll be starting on the 5th and 4th floors and then prepping and painting on those floors simultaneaously. We’re anticipating the work on each floor to take about a week, which projects us to start on the 3rd floor on Monday, 11/19.

We’ll be onsite Monday-Friday from 8am- 5pm. Also to note, as we’ll be painting in common areas please exercise caution when walking through the building as there will be wet paint. In advance of the painting, we ask that you please remove personal articles from the hallways.

Stay tuned here on the blog for progress update, schedule updates, as well and project photos. Thanks so much and we’re looking forward to being onsite on Monday, 11/12.
