Back with more great news, your project is fully complete! It has been our pleasure to be onsite and work for and with you. We hope you are enjoying your newly stained decks and have a great rest of the summer!

Friday, June 25th: Good afternoon!

Apologies for the delay in updates here this week. We have great news to report, your project will be wrapping up tomorrow! We will be doing our walk-through and marking things up with blue tape for touch-ups in the next few weeks. Please do not remove the tape, this indicates to the crew what needs to be touched up.

Monday, June 21st: Greetings!

The crew is picking up from where they left off on Friday. The decks are looking great!

Friday, June 18th: Good morning!

The crew is onsite this morning and working diligently on Building 11. Have a great weekend!

The crew is working hard to stain your decks.

Thursday, June 17th: Good afternoon!

Tuesday, June 15th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to follow the route shown above. They are staining the deck at Building 9 right now.

Monday, June 14th: Good morning!

The crew is continuing to stain the decks today. They are currently working on Building 6.

Friday, June 11th: Greetings!

The crew is onsite today and they have begun staining the decks.

Wednesday, June 9th: Good morning!

The crew washed 10 decks yesterday finishing up at Building 5. They started pressure washing at Building 6 this morning and are anticipating getting through the rest of the decks by the end of the day.

Tuesday, June 8th: Greetings and happy project start day!

The crew is off and running at Shenandoah this morning and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started washing at Building 1 and will make their way around the route to pressure wash all of the buildings today and tomorrow.

**Update as of 4pm. The crew is anticipating to get through washing 10 decks – so through Building #5 today.

We’ll update further tomorrow and see how many they project to complete on Wednesday as well. Thanks!

Saturday, June 5th: Good morning residents of Shenandoah!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project. We are looking forward to refreshing your deck floors.

Our crew will be kicking off on Tuesday, 6/8 with pressure washing the rear elevation areas. We are predicting about 2-3 working days to complete all of the buildings/areas.

We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and staining to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing and access to stain the entire deck floor. If you do not remove items from your deck, the crew will skip your unit until this is resolved.

We understand this project will have an impact to your daily routine and we will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents of your deck and enjoy the remainder of the summer.

After washing, the crew will return to begin prep and staining on the first building and the crew will stain the buildings in the same order as they were pressure washed. Please note that the weather will impact our schedule as we will need the decks to be dry before applying the stain.

We are projecting this prep/staining to begin on Thursday, 6/10 at the beginning of the route. The crew is tentatively set to begin at Building 833 and will work counterclockwise for both the washing and staining. We will mark up the map with more specifics on Monday.
