Friday, March 26th: Good afternoon and happy Friday!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting at Charlton Place in West St. Paul. We are looking forward to working with and for you over the next few weeks!
We have a crew that will be kicking off on Monday in the #1620 Building. They’ll be starting on the 3rd floor of the building and completing common areas – walls, ceilings, and resident doors/frames. They will then transition to the 2nd and then 1st floors.
We’ll begin on the 2nd Building either mid-late next week or the following week. We will also be painting your resident entry doors. This will require participation from each resident to have the door open to be painted and then dry for ~ 2 hours. We’ll be communicating further details regarding this process next week.
You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog and please reach out if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started next week! Have a great weekend!
