We got a bit ahead of ourselves and washed buildings 3, 4, and 5 yesterday. We apologize for not posting notices on these buildings prior to them being washed and for any confusion caused. We’ll be posting notices next week to wash the remaining buildings the week of 7/19.
We’ve updated our TENTATIVE finishing schedule for pressure washing and also painting. Please keep in mind this is a projection and that it will likely be altered due to weather. We hope that setting some tentative dates, will give residents the timeframe needed to anticipate when crew will be working on their building. We will update the schedule as needed so please continue to check back for progress updates, changes, and weather delay information. Thank you!

Tuesday, June 29th: Greetings Residents of Diamond Path!
Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Diamond Path in Apple Valley!
For your project, we’ll be prepping and painting your siding, soffits, fascia/trim, chimney stacks, gas/electric meters, bollard posts, front entry railings & posts, rear deck railings, skirts, support posts, and latticework, wood windows/trim, front door frames, garage door frames, service doors/frames, and patio door frames, exterior screen frames, and pergolas… most of your paintable exterior surfaces.
Our crew will soon begin pressure washing and performing carpentry repairs in your association. We will start performing carpentry to approved areas on Wednesday, 6/30. We will return after the holiday to begin pressure washing.
This is a large project that will likely take about 6-8 weeks to complete all buildings. However, each individual building will take less time.
The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.
Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.
We’re looking forward to getting started this week!
