Friday, May 22nd: Greetings and Happy Friday!

Thanks to those who gave their lives in service to our country and those who continue to serve.

The crew is onsite today and pressure washing the included areas. They’ll be finishing the areas and will resume their prep and painting on Tuesday, May 26th.

Spraying down the garage doors.

Spraying from the top down.

Cleaning up the areas for painting.

Wednesday, May 20th: Good morning!

Thank you for those who have reached out to schedule their door painting. We will have our crew knock on your door while we are painting at your unit, if you are home please open your door to be painted. Once painted, the door should remain open for 2-3 hours to dry appropriately. So please plan accordingly when setting up a time.

You can comment below with your address and date/time requested and we will confirm by email and add you to the schedule. You may also email Dana at dana@roellpainting.com to schedule. Thanks!

Tuesday, May 19th: Good afternoon!

We’ll be getting your project started on Friday, May 22nd with pressure washing of the included areas: garage doors and frames on 18 of the single family homes. These are the homes in the ‘middle.’

For the pressure washing, we are utilizing homeowner’s water spigots — please ensure yours are turned on for the pressure washing, which we anticipate with take 2 days to wash the included areas.

Once the pressure washing is complete, we’ll return to prep and paint the garage doors/frames and we ask that you are mindful of garage use as we make our way around the association to paint the doors. We anticipate this date to be Tuesday, May 26th, weather permitting.

As part of this project, we’ll be painting your front doors. This will require some participation from each homeowner to paint the doors while in the open position. Once we finalize a door schedule, we’ll post a scheduling tool which will allow you to make an appointment (during the days/times we set) that will work best for your schedule to be home. Once painted, we require the door to remain open for 2-3 hours to ensure a complete dry time. Please be mindful of these details when scheduling a time to be home for the door painting. We will not be responsible nor will we perform touch ups from damages closing doors too early.

Stay tuned for further project details as we near your start date and continue with project progress. We’ll also post a completion route as well as a door schedule as they are available.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post frequent updates, share project photos, and alert you of any delays should they come up.

See you on Friday!

Hi Lois – It seems the crew has been jumping around and completing work across several units. So they haven’t been following the route and I apologize if that caused any confusion. They will be finished today or tomorrow morning. We appreciate your patience!

You should be aware that for the twin homes of Sunset Bay you will be power washing garage doors, etc. on 5/22 that the front water sights are in the respective garages. There is one in the back of the houses if that works for you.
