Greetings and welcome to the official blog for the painting project at Phalen Crossing 1 in St. Paul. We are so glad you found us!

Tuesday, September 1st: Good afternoon!

We have begun painting and will be posting notices in the next couple days because we will need your cooperation. We will be painting garage service doors & will you need you to schedule a door painting appointment so that we can stop by and paint it in the open position. 

The door will need to remain open for about 2-3 hours after we have applied the 2nd coat. 

So keep an eye out for those notices!

Friday, August 28th: Good morning residents of Phalen Crossing!

We are so happy to be part of your painting project this year!

We are onsite & have begun pressure washing of your buildings and anticipate it will take us until tomorrow to finish washing.

The plan is to be back onsite Monday morning to begin painting! Painting will begin on units 1360 – 1368.
