Friday, August 7th: Good afternoon and TGIF! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint your entry areas – they were at 4700 this morning. Thanks!

Thursday, August 6th: Good morning! 

The crew is starting off at Building 4745 today – so they’re about a third of the way complete.

Wednesday, August 5th: Good afternoon!

The crew has started their prep and painting at the beginning of the route on the 4700/4704 Building. We’ll keep you posted on the progress if they move onto the next Buildings.

Tuesday, August 4th: Good morning!

 The crew made it through all of your entry areas with pressure washing yesterday. They’ll return onsite on Wednesday to begin their prep and painting – starting at the beginning of the route. Thanks!

Monday, August 3rd: Greetings! 

We are off and running with pressure washing at Cascades!

We’ll report back how many decks the crew got through today so you can know when to expect them at your unit. Thanks!

Friday, July 31st: Good afternoon! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Cascades in Plymouth. We’ll be kicking off your project with pressure washing of the front entry areas of your buildings. We kindly ask that you remove all small personal items from the front entry areas to allow the crew safe and unobstructed access while washing. The pressure washing will take several days to complete, but once your building is complete you may return your items to their usual place. 

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin their prep and painting of the included surfaces. We are anticipating this to begin on Thursday, August 6th. Overall this project will have minimal impact on your daily routine and we will be onsite for about 10-14 working days. 

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates on progress, share photos, and inform you of any weather delays.
