The crew began prepping and painting the homes in Phase II yesterday. They are back onsite today continuing to prep, as well as spray and back roll the paint. A good, durable paint application involves not only spraying, but back rolling. This ensures that the coating being applied gets “worked in” to underlying substrates.

Tuesday, July 6th: Greetings Residents of Boulder Village!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to refreshing your exteriors.

For your project, we’ll be prepping & finishing select areas on the front elevation of 84 units (42 buildings) at your association.

Our crews will soon begin pressure washing & performing repairs in your association for the upcoming stucco painting project. We are scheduled to begin pressure washing the front elevation of homes (Phase I) in the association starting on Friday, July 9th.

Please remove any and all small personal belongings from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. We anticipate washing of the first phase/groupings of homes to take approximately 2-3 days to complete.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, either the stucco repair tech or painting crew will begin prepping & painting the front elevations of your home. We are projecting that prepping & repairs to begin in on Monday, July 12th (for Phase I).

This is a large project that will likely take about 5-7 weeks to complete all the buildings. However, your individual building will take less time.

The best way to obtain a project status update and any impact it may have on your daily routine will be posted here as we’ll share progress throughout, photos, and any weather delays.

Please reach out to the contacts below if you have any questions.

We’re looking forward to getting started this week!
