Friday, September 11th: Good afternoon!
The crew is off! They are starting their prep work on Building #3. They’ll be working on prep today and will then return on Monday, 9/14 with the impending rain tomorrow. The decks on the other buildings will be completed after we complete Building #3. Thanks!

We are pushing back our painting start date as some carpentry areas were identified and we will want to get them taken care of before we paint.

Monday, August 31st: Good morning!
The crew is off and running and so are the pressure washers! We are onsite and washing at Building #3 and will begin to wash the included decks as well — this may spill over into tomorrow. They are tentatively set to begin painting on Tuesday, September 8th after the Holiday weekend. Thanks!

Friday, August 28th: Hello and welcome to your project blog for the painting and deck staining project at Gleason Lake. We are looking forward to being onsite with you!
The crew will be kicking off on Monday, August 31st with pressure washing Building #3 at your complex as well as the included decks. We are going to try our best to get through washing the decking, but this may spill over into Tuesday, 9/1.
For the washing, we kindly request that you remove all personal items from your deck to allow unobstructed access to the decking while washing.
For the painting portion of the project, the crew will be finishing a majority of the paintable surfaces – siding, soffits, wood windows, front doors/frames, garage doors/frames and lattice at select elevations and wood deck railings. We are anticipating to start this prep and painting on Tuesday, September 8th.
You can continue to follow the project progress here as we’ll post frequent updates, share photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up. Thanks and we’ll see you onsite on Monday!
