Friday, September 25th: Hello and TGIF! 

The crew is continuing on Building 33 with prep and painting of the trim areas. We will soon be marking blue tape on areas needing touch ups on several buildings. The crew will be completing these next week. 

We are so grateful for the opportunity to spruce up your community and we love how refreshed everything is looking!

With this morning’s rain, we’re going to hold off on our prep and painting for today. We’ll see you onsite tomorrow. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 22nd: Good morning! 

The crew is continuing on 31 and 32 today and will be starting on the final building tomorrow. 

Monday, September 21st: Good afternoon! 

We hope you all had a great weekend! The crew is onsite and prepping and painting at Buildings 31 and 32. They’ll start at Building 33 on Wednesday, 9/23. 

Friday, September 18th: Hello and Happy Friday! 

The crew is continuing on Buildings 29 and 30 and will finish then today as well. They will begin on 31 and 32 on Monday, 9/21.

The crew will be finishing up on 29 and 30 and planning to start Building 31 today as well. We are in the home stretch!

The crew is continuing to prep and painting at Building 29 and 30 today. They should be starting on Building 31 tomorrow afternoon.

The crew will be finishing up 28 today and continuing on Building 29.

The crew will be completing Building 26 today and they are also prepping and painting at 28. They are hopeful to start some prep and caulking at Building 29 today and will continue to prep and start painting. They will likely then start on 30 on Wednesday, 9/16. 

Friday, September 11th: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing prep and painting of Buildings 26 and 27. They are also painting the scheduled door appointments. They will begin on Buildings 28 and 29 next week.

The crew is back onsite after a few day delays. They are starting their prep and painting at both 26 & 27. Thanks!

The crew will be onsite at noon today to start prep & painting at Building 26. Thanks!

The crew ended up not coming out because of the forecasted rain. 

Friday, September 4th: Greetings! 

They’ll be finishing up on Building 23 and 25 today and will be washing Buildings 29, 31, 32, and 33 on Saturday, 9/5. Thanks! Building 26 will begin on Tuesday, 9/8.

The crew is continuing on Buildings 22 and 23 today. Building 24 is complete and we are also starting prep on Building 25. They’ll be starting on Building 26 next week after Labor Day. Thank you!

Wednesday, September 2nd: Greetings! 

It’s a beautiful day to be onsite at Garden Path!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint at Buildings 22, 23, and 24 as well as starting to take care of touch ups marked on Buildings 1 – 20. They are anticipating to start prep on Building 25 tomorrow as well.

Tuesday, September 1st: Good afternoon! 

The crew is back onsite and they are starting prep at 22, 23, and 24 today. They’ll take about 2- 3 working days to complete these buildings before moving on 25 and 26. Thanks!

Monday, August 31st: Good morning! 

We have another rain delay today. The crew completed pressure washing at Buildings 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 on Saturday. They’ll begin prep and painting at Buildings 22, 23, and potentially 24 tomorrow as well. Thanks! 

Friday, August 28th: Good afternoon! 

The crew will not be onsite today because of the rain. They’ll return tomorrow to pressure wash at 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 as well as finish painting at 20 and 21. They are tentatively set to start painting on 22 and 23 on Monday.

Thursday, August 27th: Good afternoon! 

We’ll be posting notices at Buildings 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 later this afternoon for washing starting on Saturday, 89/29. 

The crew is continuing on 20 and 21. With some anticipated rain tomorrow, they are planning to start on 22 early next week. Thanks! 

Wednesday, August 26th: Good morning! 

The crew has completed 17 and 18 and they are finishing up the trim on Building 19. They’ve also started prep and will begin painting on 20 today as well as start on 21. They are anticipating to start on 22 on Friday, 8/28. 

Tuesday, August 25th: Greetings! 

We are back onsite after yesterday’s rain. The crew will be finishing up the trim at Building 17, painting at 19, and will begin on Building 20 tomorrow. 

Monday, August 24th: Good morning! 

The crew is offsite today. With the overnight and morning rain, the surfaces are too wet to paint. We’ll return tomorrow to finish painting at 17 and also begin on Building 19. 

Thursday, August 20th: Good morning! 

We are off! Can you hear the hum of our pressure washers? 

The crew will be pressure washing Buildings 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 today. 

They will also continue to prep and painting at Buildings 17 and 18 as well. 

Wednesday, August 19th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is finishing up at Buildings 14 and 16 and will begin on Building 17 after lunch. We’ll be washing the next  Buildings starting tomorrow as well. 

Tuesday, August 18th: Good morning! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint at Buildings 14 and 16 — spraying paint today and then working on trim. They’ll be moving on 19 tomorrow and will also be washing several buildings starting on Thursday, 8/20 – 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24.

Monday, August 17th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is resuming prep and painting at Buildings 14 and 16 today. They are tentatively set to finish these two on Wednesday, 8/19.

Friday, August 14th: Hello and Happy Friday! 

We have a smaller crew onsite today and we’ll be continuing on Building 15 — Building 14 will resume on Monday, 8/14. Thanks and have a great weekend!

The crew is continuing on Buildings 12 and 13 and will start to prep 14 and 15 tomorrow.

With ALL of the overnight rain, the crew will be holding off today and will start their prep and painting at Buildings 12 and 13 tomorrow. Thanks!

Friday, August 7th: Greetings and Happy Friday! 

There is a possibility of rain so the crew may pull off for the day. The crew will be pressure washing Buildings 14 – 218 starting tomorrow. Thanks! 

Thursday, August 6th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is prepping and painting at Buildings 11 and 12 today and will start 13 tomorrow. Notices are going to be posted this evening on Buildings 14 – 18 to begin pressure washing on Saturday, 8/8 — this will take several days to complete the washing on these next 6 Buildings. Thanks!

The crew is continuing to paint on Buildings 9 and 10 will complete them as well. The crew will also begin prepping on Building 11.

The crew is finishing up on 9 and then they are prepping and painting at 9 and 10. Tomorrow they’ll begin on 11. Let’s get ready to roll!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint around Building 8 — they’ll be finished with 8 tomorrow. They’ve also started to prep on Building 9 this morning.

Friday, July 31st: Hello and TGIF! 

It’s another beautiful day and the crew is onsite and making their way through Buildings 6, 7, and 8 as well as washing 9-13. 

They will be wrapping up Building 6 today, continuing on Building 7, and starting to prep on Building 8. They are also pressure washing Buildings 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. They are tentative to start Building 9 on Monday. Thanks and have a great weekend!

The crew is off and running with Building 6. They will also be starting on 7 and 8 tomorrow as well as washing the next five buildings 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13.

The crew is wrapping up on Buildings 4 and 5. They are beginning their prep/painting on 6 today. They are tentatively set to begin on 7 and 8 on Friday. Thank you!

The crew is working on Buildings 4 and 5 – prepping and spraying the top coat. They’ll then go through and paint trim areas.

The crew is prepping and painting at Buildings 4 and 5 today. There are a few areas remaining on 1 and 3 for touch ups and Building 2 is complete.

We are off and running with pressure washing the next 5 Buildings – 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 today. Thanks for your cooperation to remove small items from the exterior of your home for the washing. 

Thursday, July 24th: Good afternoon! 

Good news to share — we’ll be rock and rolling on 8 of your Buildings as of tomorrow. We’ll begin pressure washing 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 tomorrow and then begin our prep and painting on 4 early next week.

Wednesday, July 22nd: Good morning! 

After yesterday’s rain delay, we are back onsite and back to prepping on Buildings 1, 2, and 3. They’ll begin painting today as well.

We’ll also be pressure washing another set of your buildings 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on Friday, July 24th. Thanks!

Monday, July 20th: Greetings! 

The crew has washed Buildings 1, 2, and 3. They are starting their prep work on Buildings 1 and 2 today. Soon after areas are prepped and covered, they’ll begin to paint. We want to thank your board members for involvement and facilitation in getting the project off and running – thanks Joel and Sam!

Monday, July 13th: Good afternoon! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Garden Path. We’ll be getting started on Friday with pressure washing Building #1, #2, and #3. We will then new back on Monday, 7/20 to begin prepping and painting at that grouping of Buildings 1, 2, and 3.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post project updates, share photos, and alert you of any weather delays. We’ll also be updating the finishing schedule as we know pressure washing and painting dates of the remaining buildings.
