Thursday, June 20th: Good afternoon!

Our crew has wrapped up your project! It has been our pleasure working with and for you throughout the duration of this project. We hope everyone has a great rest of the year!

Tuesday, June 11th: Greetings!

Your project is almost complete! our crew will be onsite Wednesday and Thursday of this week to preform work at Buildings 1939 & 1919. We are excited to be wrapping up your project!

Thursday, June 6th: Good morning!

Our project manager was onsite yesterday to preform a walk through to mark anything that will need touchups. Today, our crew is onsite to complete the touch ups as well as any doors which did not get painted. Your project is wrapping up!

Monday, June 3rd: Good afternoon!

Your project is almost complete! Building 4 needs their residential doors painted, as of now this date is TBD. We have enjoyed working with you and are excited to be back onsite to work on Building 4.

Tuesday, May 28th: Greetings!

We hope everyone had a great weekend. The crew is onsite and working on Building 1919 today.

Wednesday, May 22nd: Good morning!

The crew is continuing to work in Building 1939 today. They will be wrapping up with the painting in this building aside from the resident doors tomorrow.

Monday, May 20th: Greetings!

The crew has finished the 1965 building along with the resident doors. They have also completed the 1959 building aside from the resident doors. Today the crew will begin painting the 1939 building.

Wednesday, May 15th: Good morning!

The crew started working on Building 1959 yesterday. All they have left to complete in Building 1965 is the resident doors.

Thursday, May 9th: Good afternoon!

The crew is onsite and has begun prepping and painting at Building 1965.

Wednesday, May 8th: Greetings Residents!

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. We are excited to be a part of your renovation project.

Please be advised that our crew will begin prepping & painting corridor walls and door frames in the community. The crew will begin in Building 1965 on Thursday, May 9th. Please be mindful of wet paint when entering & exiting your residence or walking through the hallways. The contractor is not responsible for damages caused to clothes or personal belongings.

We are projecting that the completion of the project will take approximately 1 -2 weeks to complete all areas in the 1965 Building. However, each individual floor will take less time.
