Wednesday, September 25th: Good afternoon and happy hump day! 

We sure are enjoying this beautiful weather we’re having…holding onto summer as long as possible!!

The crew is prepping and painting on the last two buildings today and then we’ll be painting a handful of garage doors and a front door to wrap up the project. With continued favorable weather, we’re anticipating to wrap up by the end of the week. Thanks!

Monday, September 23rd: Good morning! 

We hope you all had a great weekend! 

The crew is prepping and painting at Buildings 11 and 16 today. They’re still a bit out of order due to the coatings on the entry ways. Thanks for your cooperation and patience! They’ll be working on Buildings 18 and 19 tomorrow and will then have only a few building left. Jesse will be marking up the buildings with blue tape for touch’s so please leave the tape up for the painters to address. Thanks.

Thursday, September 19th: Greetings! 

The crew is back onsite after yesterday’s rain delay. They are prepping at Buildings 17 and 22 today due to fresh coatings at some of the buildings between 15- 16 and 18-21. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 17th: Good afternoon! 

The crew is prepping and painting at Buildings 13 and 14 today. They temporarily skipped over 11 and 12 because of some other work being done there.

Monday, September 16th: Good morning and happy Monday! Hopefully you don’t encounter too many spritely Packer fans today!

After last week’s rain, the crew is happily back at work. They’re prepping and painting at Building #9 and #10 today.

We’ve got ourselves another rain delay. The forecast looks on and off rain for the remainder of the day, but clear tomorrow. We’ll update the blog if the surfaces will be dry enough for us to be onsite tomorrow – maybe mid day. Thanks!

The crew is completed with 1 & 2 and are now prepping and painting at Buildings 3 & 4. We’ll also be posting more notices on Buildings 11 – 22 to begin pressure washing those Buildings on Friday, 9/6. Thanks!

Tuesday, September 3rd: Hello and happy September! 

We hope you all enjoyed your long weekend and Labor Day holiday!

The crew is back onsite and they are beginning their prep on Buildings 1 and 2. This looks like a lot of paper, tape, and covering surfaces. Once prepped, they’ll begin painting.

Friday, August 30th: Hello and TGIF! 

Those roads we drive on the way to the offices and homes we work and live in…somebody built ’em. May we take a moment to reflect  on the principles of hard work that make this country great! As we celebrate Labor Day, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our diligent and hard working crews. Oh, and eat some food on a stick too. Happy Labor Day every one!

The colors have been approved at Pike Lake Woods and the crew will get started prepping and painting on Monday with Building 1. Thanks and have a great weekend!

The crew washed their way through Building 1-10 yesterday and will continue along the route shown above today and may spill into tomorrow for a few remaining buildings. They’ll also begin prepping and painting at Building #1 tomorrow. Thanks!

Monday, August 26th: Good morning and welcome to your project blog! 

We’ll be kicking off your project today with pressure washing. We’ll be starting at Building #1 and making our way through to Building #10. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we’ll return to begin prepping and painting the front elevation stucco siding, EIFS trim, front door frames, and garage door frames. We anticipate the prep and painting to begin on Building #1 on Wednesday, 8/28. 

In it’s entirety, we anticipate the project to take about 3-4 weeks to complete. You can continue to follow project progress here on the blog as we’ll provide frequent updates, project photos, and and provide any weather delays/updates as needed. Thanks!
