Wednesday, July 1st: Good afternoon!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming deck staining project at Franklin Station. We’ll be getting started on Monday, July 6th with pressure washing of all 32 units – front and rear decks.

We kindly ask that you remove the contents of your deck for the pressure washing to allow for safe an unobstructed access. Once the substrates have had time to dry, we will return to begin staining the deck floors. We are projecting this to begin on Thursday, July 9th.

We understand this project will have some impact on your daily routine and we will do our best to complete the staining promptly so you can return your items to your deck.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll update it frequently with the crew’s progress, share photos, and alert you of any weather delays.

We’ll soon post a route map above so we can share the progress of the crew.

We’re looking forward to getting started next week.

Have a great holiday weekend and Happy 4th of July!
