Greetings and welcome to your project blog! We are thrilled to be working with and for you at your condo building this year!


Friday, November 17th: Good afternoon! 

We are off and running! 

The crews are prepping and painting in the first and second floors. The crew on the 1st floor in anticipating to be complete on Monday, 11/20 and the crew on the 2nd floor is tentative to wrap up at the end of next week ~ 11/24. We’ll be moving then to the 3rd floor, lobby areas, basement and office. 

Thank you also for your cooperation to mind wet paint in the hallways and for your graciousness while we “takeover” in a sense. 

We think the updated colors and painted paneling look great!

Thursday, November 9th: Good morning! 

Welcome residents of Fleur Royale Condos in Little Canada to your project blog for the upcoming interior painting project.

We are thrilled to be working with and for you to refresh your hallways, more specifically we’ll be prepping and painting your 1st – 3rd floor hallway walls, the 1st – 3rd wall paneling, entry lobby & vestibule walls, previously painted common areas in the basement and the office. 

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule. 

On Monday, we’ll be kicking off the project on both the 1st and 2nd floor – we will have two crews working simultaneously. They will begin with prep & painting of the walls and then prep, priming and painting the paneled walls. Once those are complete we will move up to the 3rd floor, entry, office and basement areas. 

We anticipate the project in its entirety to take 14 – 18 working days to complete; however work on each individual floor will be less. 

We would ask residents be mindful of wet paint as we are working on your floor, otherwise the disruption would be fairly minor as it is all happening in the common areas and not individual units.
