Thursday, March 17th: Good afternoon and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

The crew is continuing to make progress in your common areas, fitness room, and courts hallway. We are loving how light and bright everything is looking!

Monday, March 14th: Good morning!

Welcome residents of International Village in Bloomington to your project blog for the upcoming interior painting project in areas of the club house lower stairway, fitness room, and hallway to the racquetball courts.

We are thrilled to be working with and for you to refresh your amenity areas to a more modern color aesthetic.

This project blog will be used as a communication tool to relay pertinent project information regarding start dates, photos of progress, and updates to the finishing schedule.

We would ask residents be mindful of wet paint as we are working in the stairwells, otherwise the disruption would be fairly minor as it is all happening in the fitness area. We’ll be prepping and painting for about a week for some other trades are involved in the transformation process.
