Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Waycliffe l in Wayzata. We are thrilled to be back onsite this year to spruce up your exteriors.

Tuesday, June 7th: Though there were a few sprinkles this morning, it wasn’t enough to deter the hardest working painters in the Twin Cities from continuing to make good progress at your association! Buildings #1-#3 have been completed, pending final inspection by your project supervisor Jesse Maki.

Provided the weather cooperates, we project that all buildings will be completed by the end of the week. As always, thanks a ton for having us and for the continued trust you place in our team year after year!

Though he may not have a deerstalker hat and pipe, Jesse will be onsite with the same attention to detail as Sherlock Holmes as the project nears completion at Waycliffe 1.

Thursday, June 2nd: Good morning!

The crew is continuing to work diligently on your project. They are picking up where they left off on yesterday with their prep and painting work on Building 3.

Friday, May 27th: Happy Friday!

The crew has started prep work at Building 2 this morning. They are working on covering and priming surfaces to prepare for painting. The crew will return on Tuesday, 5/31. Have a great Memorial Day Weekend!

Thursday, May 26th: Good morning!

The crew is back onsite after yesterday’s rain delay. They are continuing to work diligently on Building 1. They are also pressure washing at Building 4 currently. The crew will begin prepping and painting at Building 2 tomorrow.

Wednesday, May 25th: Greetings!

The crew is continuing to work on prepping and painting Building 1 picking up where they left off at yesterday.

Monday, May 23rd: Greetings!

The crew has started prepping and painting at Building 1 this morning. Windows are being covered and taped off and painting is underway! They will return with the pressure washer on Thursday, 5/26 to pressure wash Building 3.

Thursday, May 19th: Good Morning!

Pressure washing is underway and your project has officially begun! The crew is working on Building 1 today and will move on to Building 2 tomorrow.

Monday, May 16th: Greetings Residents of Waycliffe!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being back onsite!

Our crew will be kicking off on Thursday, May 19th with pressure washing Building 1.

We kindly request that you please remove all personal items from your deck for the pressure washing and small items from the outside of your home to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return the items to your deck.

Once the substrates have had adequate time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing of the included surfaces. We are projecting this prepping & painting to start on Monday, 5/23.
