Friday, June 22nd: Good morning and TGIF!
The crew is wrapping up the last few areas on the pool deck today. And might we say if a rooftop pool wasn’t already calling your name…check it out with your recenty stained pergoals and accent areas!

Thursday, June 21st: Good afternoon! The crew is back onsite and are resuming their staining. We are working on the pool areas. The crew should be all wrapped up by tomorrow as well!

Wednesday, June 20th: Good afternoon!
The crew is not onsite today as the wood was still pretty wet from all of the rain. But we will be back tomorrow, 6/21. Thanks!
Monday, June 18th: Good morning!
With the weekend and last night’s rain, the crew is not onsite today. They’ll return once the wood has dried out, which we anticipate with dry weather for the remainder of today will be tomorrow. Once back onsite, the crew has about 2 working days left to complete your staining project. Thanks!
Friday, June 15th: Hello and TGIF!
Mother Nature has ordered up some ‘Hot & Humid’ weather for the weekend with the possibility of showers/storms scattered throughout. You can take your chances and head outdoors for numerous Farmer’s Markets as well as the Stone Arch Bridge Festival happening over the weekend. Don’t forget about Father’s Day on Sunday! 3 cheers for all the dads, grandpas, uncles, great-grandpas, and all of the dudes that have influenced you!

Thursday, June 14th:
Hello! We started the day staining the first floor pergola accents and now the crew has moved to the 6th floor roof area to complete those pergolas in advance of the flowers that are being painted. We have roughly 4 days left of staining the wooden accents, pergolas, and accent bands, weather permitting. Thanks!

Wednesday, June 13th: Good afternoon!
The crew is back onsite and completing prep work and also staining. They are sanding the wood areas to loosen the grain of wood. This will help to absorb the stain fully. We anticipate the crew will be done with the staining by the end of the day tomorrow. Thanks for your patience as we work on some of your common areas – rooftop/ pool areas.

Tuesday, June 12th: Hello and good afternoon residents of Millenium @ West End. We’ve completed the pressure washing portion of your staining project and will return onsite tomorrow to begin prepping and staining the wooden accent panels and pergolas.

Tuesday, June 5th: Hello and welcome to your project blog! For your project we’ll be prepping and staining the wooden accent panels on your building entry, on the rooftop walls, and rooftop pergola.
We’ll begin our project with pressure washing the included surfaces on Monday, June 11th and will then begin staining on Wednesday, June 13th.
Stay tuned here on the blog for project progress updates, pictures, and any change to the finishing schedule. The project shouldn’t have much of an impact on your daily routines, but please be mindful of our presence. Thanks and we’ll see you next week!
