The crew has performed all needed touch ups and your project is officially completed! It has been our pleasure being onsite again this summer and being able to work with & for you. Thank you again for having us!

The crew has essentially wrapped things up with your project. Your project supervisor, Jesse, has been onsite to mark areas in need of touch up with blue tape. The crew is now working on completing those touch ups and your project will officially be completed by the end of the day. It has been our pleasure being onsite and working with you this summer!

The rain is finally gone and the crew is onsite. Today they are working on prepping and painting Building 5. Have a great weekend!

The crew will be returning tomorrow to begin the prep and painting work on Building 5. Thank you for your patience with our schedule changes due to the weather this week.

The crew will not be onsite today due to the rain. They will return when the substrates have had time to dry.

The crew is continuing to work on Building 3 today. They have wrapped up the prep work on this building and have moved on to begin the painting.

The crew is continuing to work diligently on your project. Today they are beginning the prep work on Building 3.
Tuesday, June 7th: Despite some measly little sprinkles this morning, the threat of rain has subsided and the crew continues work on Building #1. Thank you to the residents of Buildings #2-#5 for clearing the way for pressure washing today! A few homeowners are contemplating a color change so once we finalize a color palette for those particular units, work will continue as planned. The weather appears to be cooperative the remainder of the week so hopefully that bodes well for continued progress!
Thursday, June 2nd: Good morning!
Our crews will begin pressure washing Building 2 and Building 3 tomorrow, June 3rd. Just a reminder that if you are in one of these buildings to please close your windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home. Once the washing is complete, you may return your personal items to the outside of your home.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. Weather permitting, we are projecting the painting work to begin on Building 2 as early as Tuesday, June 7th.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. The crew is onsite and your project is officially underway! They kicked things off today with pressure washing. The crew will return on Friday, June 3rd to begin painting at the first building, weather permitting.

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to sprucing up your exteriors.
Our crews are scheduled to begin pressure washing your building and deck on Tuesday, May 31st. We kindly request that homeowners close their windows & remove any small personal items from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe & unobstructed access for washing. Once washing is complete, you may return your personal items to the outside of your home.
Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will return to begin prepping and finishing the included surfaces. We are projecting the painting work to begin at the first building on Friday, June 3rd.
This project will take about 4-6 days to complete each home. In order to access the most current updates, check back here frequently to view any posted weather delays or other scheduling updates.
