Northwoods Townhomes HOA – Falcon Heights

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming staining project at Northwoods Townhomes. We are thrilled to be onsite this summer!

Wednesday, July 15th:

Our crew is scheduled to begin hand cleaning & painting in the association and the work is slated to begin on: TUESDAY, JULY 21^ST  

The included scope of work includes wood windows, door frames and metal railings at front entry steps. We anticipate the entire project to be completed in approximately 2 – 3 weeks, however your individual unit/building will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather may impact our finishing schedule as well. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from your entry porches to allow for safe & unobstructed access for preparation & painting.

Overall, this project will have minimal impact to your daily routine.

We will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your porch.
