Monday, August 3rd: Hello all – all of the work has been completed and is awaiting a final walk to mark touch-ups on the buildings.

After this has been done the crew will return and complete the touch-ups that have been marked. Thank you so much for you assistance in getting the project done completely.

Friday, July 31st: Hello all – we are rain delayed today. It’s likely we will be onsite Saturday once everything has dried out.

It had been since July 8th that we received rain in the Twin Cities!

Tuesday, July 28th:

Good afternoon – we are working on Building Group 10 today – we have a few good days ahead so we will hopefully be able to complete the work sometime this week and have the project inspected next by the Production Supervisor.

Friday, July 24th:

Hello all – we have worked through Building Group #6 and started Building Group #7 today. We will be working on Saturday, as long as the weather conditions allow.

Have a nice weekend and we’ll be checking in again on Monday of next week!

Wednesday, July 22nd:

Good morning all – we are onsite today working on Building 1. We are prepping / cleaning and then completing each building in sequence. Each building has a slightly different amount of work so some buildings will take longer and some will finish sooner.

Thanks in advance for your support as we work on the project. The rest of the week looks like dry weather (much cooler than last week) which should allow us to make progress without stopping for Mother Nature!

Tuesday, July 21st:

Hello all – we are onsite this morning starting the cleaning and prep for Building Group 1. We will be working in sequential order. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve your exteriors!

We will have a welcome video posted later today / tomorrow from the Production / Project team members!

Thanks!

Here are a few photos of the crew after prepping the handrails and beginning to apply the product at Building Group #1:

Monday, July 20th:

Good morning – we will be onsite starting the cleaning, prep and painting of building group #1 tomorrow. The weather looks like it will be cooler this week and hold off on rain for a bit.

Thanks – reminder to remove all small belongings from your entry porches!

Wednesday, July 15th:

Our crew is scheduled to begin hand cleaning & painting in the association and the work is slated to begin on: TUESDAY, JULY 21ST

The included scope of work includes wood windows, door frames and metal railings at front entry steps. We anticipate the entire project to be completed in approximately 2 – 3 weeks, however your individual unit/building will take much less time. Please be mindful that weather may impact our finishing schedule as well. We kindly request that each homeowner remove all small personal belongings from your entry porches to allow for safe & unobstructed access for preparation & painting.

Overall, this project will have minimal impact to your daily routine.

We will do our best to complete the project promptly so everyone may return the contents to your porch.
