Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming door painting project at Bailey’s Arbor in Woodbury. We are thrilled to be onsite and spruce up your front doors.

Wednesday, October 7th: Greetings! 

The crew will be back on Friday and Saturday to paint door with appointments and also knock on doors needing to be painted. Please make an appointment using the calendar tool above. 

For Phase 1 doors, if you have not contacted us/made an appointment by Saturday, we’ll be painting your door in the closed position. Outside of this weekend, there will be one final attempt for Phase 2 doors.

Thank you to everyone who made appointments for door painting and also those who were home and opened their door when the crew was knocking. 

We’ll be posting more notices this week regarding more dates available. Stay tuned!

Monday, September 28th: Greetings! 

We hope you all had a great weekend! 

The crew will be posting notices to paint the remaining doors starting on Wednesday this week. We will schedule for both Phase I and Phase II on these dates. Thanks! 

Friday, September 25th: Greetings! 

The crew is continuing to prep and paint the scheduled doors as well as know when they don’t have appointments scheduled. 

We’ll be posting more notices for those buildings in Phase II and then also continuing to paint in Phase I. 

Please make an appointment as it it the best way to ensure we get your door painted in the open position. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! 

Monday, September 21st: Good afternoon! 

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at Bailey’s Arbor. We’ll be kicking off your project on Thursday, September 21st. We’ll be breaking up the project into 2 phases and will begin with Building 1- 13 on the map above. This will allow our crew to be more efficient and not have to traverse across the property between appointments. We will likely schedule Phase 2 for next week Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Stay tune for those dates/times. 

We will be painting your entry doors. The crew will be knocking on unit doors in the community and if you are available, please open the door to have us paint. The painters have been instructed to follow Covid-19 protocol while painting your door.

We would prefer residents schedule an appointment using the calendar tool above. There are select dates and times available so making an appointment for a time you are home for about 3 hours would be great.

We have times available on Thursday, 9/24, Friday, 9/25, or Saturday, 9/26 between the hours of 9am and 4pm. 

We appreciate your cooperation and participation in door painting as we will need the door open to paint it. Once painted, the door must remain OPEN for 2.5 hours to allow sufficient dry time. We will not be responsible for damages caused by closing the door too soon.
