Friday, July 31st: Good morning!

TGIF!

We are off and running at Marsh Park today. We are making our way around your buildings – pressure washing the siding areas in advance of our repairs and then painting. We are anticipating to take 1-3 days to wash the building, depending on how many washers are onsite.

Washing down your siding.

On the move at Marsh Park.

Readying the exterior for some fresh paint.

Thursday, July 30th: Good afternoon!

We are set to begin pressure washing at Marsh Park tomorrow. We’ll be starting on the 9500 Building in the NE corner and then working our way clockwise. We are projecting the washing to take 2 days to complete. The crew will not be pressure washing the deck skirts or areas near the screen as to not disrupt or damage. They’ll hand clean those areas before repairing and painting as needed.

Once the washing is complete, we’ll return next week to begin our carpentry repairs and replacements. This will likely take about a week and then we will begin painting.

You can continue to follow the project progress here on the blog as we’ll post updates frequently, share project photos, and alert you of any weather delays should they come up. Thanks!

Tuesday, July 28th: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!

We are thrilled to be back onsite for this year’s painting at Marsh Park.

We’ll be prepping and painting select areas of your exterior, which will begin with pressure washing. The pressure washing will begin this week in advance of our prep and painting. We will also be identifying areas that will need repair/replacement of the Hardi Board or wooden trim. The carpentry crew will then be repairing the areas identified before we complete our prep and painting.

We’ll soon post a route map and tentative finishing schedule so you can know when to expect us at your area of the building.

We’re looking forward to being onsite with you and you can stay apprised of project progress here on the blog as we provide frequent updates and photos. Thanks for following along!
