Friday, July 16th: Good morning!

The crew has completed your project and has finished the touch-ups as well. It was our pleasure being onsite and working with and for you. We hope you are enjoying the newly refreshed exteriors and have a great rest of your summer!

Tuesday, July 13th: Good afternoon!

Yesterday and today the crew has been hard at work staining your deck floors. They have made great progress and will be wrapping up the staining by the end of the day today.

Friday, July 9th: Greetings and TGIF!

The crew is continuing to prep and paint at Building #4 today. After today, they’ll be completed with the painting at #1- #4. The deck floors remain to be stained.

Tuesday, July 6th: Good morning!

We hope you all had a great weekend! The crew will not be onsite today but we should be back tomorrow or Thursday, weather permitting.

The crew is onsite today and they are prepping and painting Building 3.

Ladders up and we are prepping your windows.

One of the team members priming the siding with a specialty adhesion primer. When applied, it has a consistency akin to that of Elmer’s school glue. This system ultimately promotes long-term adhesion of the coating.

Windows are prepped & we are ready to start painting!

Tuesday, June 29th: Good afternoon!

The crew is actively working on Buildings 1-3. We are anticipating the finishing of these three buildings by Saturday, weather permitting. We will then pick work up on Building 4 after the holiday.

The crew is continuing to prep and paint Building 1 today. Have a great weekend!

Wednesday, June 23rd: Greetings!

The crew is back onsite after pressure washing Buildings 1 and 2 on Monday. They are starting the prep and painting at Building 1 today. They will also be pressure washing Buildings 3 and 4 today as well.

Monday, June 21st: Good morning & happy project start day!

The crew is off and running at Waycliffe II and the pressure washer is ready to roll! They have started washing at Building 1 and will also be washing Building 2 today. The crew will return on Wednesday, 6/23 to begin prepping and painting at Building 1.

Friday, June 18th: Greetings residents of Waycliffe II!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project. We are looking forward to being back onsite and refreshing your exteriors.

Our crew will be kicking off on Monday, 6/21 with pressure washing Buildings 1 & 2.

We kindly request that you please remove any and all small personal belongings from the outside of your home for the pressure washing to allow for safe and unobstructed access for washing. Once the washing is complete, you may return your personal items to the outside of your home.

Once the substrates have had time to dry, the crew will be back to start prepping & painting – starting on Building 1. We are projecting this prepping & painting to start on Wednesday, 6/23.
