Tuesday, August 30th: Good afternoon residents of Winchester Place! The work has been mostly completed save for a few touchups AND carpentry repairs that been identified, but not yet started. For those repairs, materials will be arriving onsite on September 7th, and repairs should commence shortly thereafter. But again, in the interim, and for most addresses, there is NO NEED TO LEAVE ITEMS OFF YOUR DECKS AS THE PROJECT IS MOSTLY COMPLETE! Thanks so much for your cooperation as the project was being performed!
The crew has essentially wrapped things up with your project aside from touch ups and carpentry repairs. Your project supervisor, Jesse, will come out and mark areas in need of touch ups with blue tape. We kindly ask that after the blue tape pieces are put up that residents leave them where they are as they direct the team members to fix accordingly.
Monday August 22nd: Greetings!
Our crews are onsite and staining at building 2 today.
Tuesday, August 16th: Good Afternoon!
Tuesday, August 2nd: Greetings and welcome to your project blog!
This summer’s project entails the pressure washing, chemical stripping and/or sanding, and painting & staining of your decking. You may have received a sign on your garage door frame relaying information regarding out start date for pressure washing. We’ll begin by chemically stripping previous stain and cleaning your deck surfaces to allow for proper stain adhesion. Once washed, we’ll wait several days before returning to begin the staining process.
We have posted a site map as well as anticipated start dates for pressure washing. You can check project progress, weather delays, and schedule changes here on the blog as we’ll update it frequently.
We understand having items off of your decks for some time is inconvenient and we will do our best to complete the project promptly so you may return your items to your deck.
Thank you so much for having us and we’re looking forward to getting started on Wednesday!
Nick Roell
