Tuesday, June 27th: Hello and welcome to the blog for the 2017 painting project at Fish Lake Woods! We are looking forward to being onsite with you!
For this summer’s project, we’ll be painting 7 designated buildings at your association. We’ll be painting your siding, soffits, fascia, divider wall cap, front & garage & patio door frames, shutters, and entry railings. There will also be some misc. carpentry tasks throughout.
The project with begin with pressure washing the exteriors of your homes. This will begin on Wednesday, July 5th and continue through Friday, July 7th. We kindly as that you please remove any small personal/fragile items off of your decks and front entry stoop. Also, though it is not necessary to move items off of your deck completely, we would greatly appreciate it if you moved items away from your siding areas to allow the crew safe access to the included areas.
Once the substartes have had adequate time to dry, we anticipate starting performing misc. carpentry task and prep & painting at select buildings on Monday, 7/10. This is all weather permitting of course. We’ve posted a route map above with the designated buildings highlighted in blue. We’ll begin washing and then also prep & painting on the SW side of the association at what we’ve deemed Building #1.
You can continue to follow project progress, recieve updates and pictures of the project, and be notified of any changes or weather delays that may come up right here on the blog.
