The Airye Condominiums – St. Paul

Greetings and welcome to your project blog for the upcoming painting project at The Airye Condominiums. We are thrilled to be working with and for you this summer.

Thursday, July 2: Hello all – we are completed with Floor 26-28. We are putting on first coat on the 29th floor and prep/priming on the 30th floor. Reminder that we will not be onsite tomorrow! Have a great 4th of July!

Wednesday, July 1: Hello all  and welcome to July – due to the rain this morning we are unlikely to be onsite today. We will hope for better weather tomorrow! We will not be onsite on Friday, July 3 as well due to an observed holiday by the management company.

Tuesday, June 30th: Hello all – we won’t be onsite today due to the rain we received earlier this morning that makes for less than ideal conditions. We should be back tomorrow!

Monday, June 29th: Greetings on this hot and humid day. We are onsite this morning even with the heat and working on the second coat on floor 28. Primer is being applied on floor 29 and 30.

WHAT…Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110 expected. WHERE…Portions of central, east central, south central, southeast, and southwest Minnesota and northwest and west central Wisconsin. WHEN…From 9 AM this morning to midnight CDT tonight. IMPACTS…Heat-related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Friday, June 25th: Hello all – we are onsite today and will be working the entirety of today because the weather looks to be cooperating. We are priming on floor 29; doing the top coat of floor 28. Floor 26 and 27 are completed!

As a reminder, we don’t work on the weekends for this project – we hope you have a great weekend ahead!

Wednesday, June 24th: Good morning – it is a beautiful day and we’re onsite working today. Yesterday, all of floor 26 was completed.

We are on floor 27 and 28 at this time. We will update you when we’re moving to our next floor(s)!

Monday, June 22nd: Hello all – we’re onsite today and working on the railings. Will work to get you some progress photos onsite this week and an update of what floor we are on.

Friday, June 19th: We are onsite today working and if the weather gets rainy we will stop work. We will not be onsite on Saturdays for the project  due to the availability of the management team to give us access to units.

Thursday, June 18th: Good morning – after the rain out of Wednesday – we are out and working today. We are keeping our eyes on the sky!

The forecast looks pretty promising for today in St. Paul!

Wednesday, June 17th: Hi all – we are not onsite today due to the rain. We have been able to make progress on priming several units on Floor 26, but we will not be onsite today.

Monday, June 15th: Good morning! We’re meeting onsite today with the Project Manager, Production Supervisor and Crew Lead. You can check back here for progress updates and any special notifications for residents.

Friday, June 12th: Greetings Residents of The Airye Condominiums!

Welcome to your project blog for the upcoming work at your building. We are looking forward to refreshing your balcony and rooftop railings.

Please be advised that our crew will begin on Floor 26 on Monday, June 15th. Each unit will need to be accessed for 3 days in order to apply the multi-stage coating. 

We will be moving up in the building and will be working with your property management company to coordinate access.
